Will never stay there again.

Roaches in the room. Asked to move to another room and was denied.

Good

It was clean and very well lit for parking. Staff was quick and the whole ordeal easy process.

Not the hotels fault. But had a family above the room and kids nonstop jumping and playing till close to 3 am.

It was clean.

The light from the outside was so bright in which it made the room very bright and hard to sleep. The curtains did not block out the light.

Disappointing

Didn’t even have breakfast there.

The service was not what I was expecting. The room was a non smoking and that room both smelled like weed and cigarettes. The towels and bed were full of someone else’s hair, and they were not clean at all. Better service is needed. The night staff was so rude. But the young lady in the front in the morning was the nicest person ever.

My stay was not good at all, to say the least

To be completely honest I’m not sure if I liked anything about the hotel and room where I stayed at. The room it self was a bit dirty as well as the bathroom and shower. The room smelled like smoke even though it was a non smoking room which was very unsettling. There were also hairs still in the bed that I found which was very disgusting I was very uncomfortable the whole night.

What I did not like was the lack of cleanliness of the room. As soon as I stepped in the room at small light smoke, even though it was a non-smoking room that I booked the smell was very ghastly the shower was very dirty, and the bed was not the best throughout the night the room next to us continue to fight and argue, which made me very uncomfortable as well. They kept on yelling, and I assume throwing things at each other. It got really bad towards the end of the night at one point in time someone got locked out and continue to bang on the door very loudly causing me to wake up. I was very concerned throughout the whole night. I wanted to get out of there as soon as possible.

I would NEVER stay there again.

Nothing.

I didn’t not appreciate how rude the front desk man was. Very disrespectful! There was cockroaches in the mini fridge. The water in the shower wouldn’t drain, the water pressure in the shower was terrible. I would give 0 stars if it was an option.

I wish the rate would lower the if staying long-term

I like how it's pet friendly w/ no extra charge. Also love that Zenna's is right next door.

The swimming pool looks clean but the gate it's looks chained shut.. it's soooo hot why isn't it open to the public yet?!?!

Hometown

The A/C was bumping nice,and the price was cool too.

The only thing I didn't like was the bars of soap they are very poor quality. maybe put better soap and some hair product for showering.

The location

Swimming pool was CLOSED. MY KIDS WAS REALLY UPSET BECAUSE THE SWIMMING POOL WAS CLOSED.☹️
