Comfortable stay for an overnight

Location is great for traveling through ...easy access to I77. Restaurants close by as well.

I find the hotel has people renting the rooms long term. They hang around the lobby and outside smoking . I would suggest placing them all on one floor. The front desk staff (2 )were outside smoking when I was checking out . They took my key from me outside and didn't ask how my stay was or if I needed a receipt. I guess I interrupted their break...very unprofessional. The evening front drsk receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful. Although the room was clean, there were a lot of maintenance issues that were neglected . These issues that away from the cleanliness, room appears run down. This was my third stay here and may be my last. I realize the area may warrant $100/night , but this place does not.

It was a good location but a dirty run down room

That there was a place to sleep…the manager offered us half off the price but wasn’t able to give it to us because we booked through booking.com

Shower was either too hot or too cold. No I’m between. Bugs in the bathroom. Sink was clogged. Each bed only had 2 pillows that weren’t even big and fluffy. Mattress was brown. Dog next door barked all night, music was loud in other rooms. Tv remote didn’t work. Only 1 wash cloth and towel in bathroom.

Their new policy didn't allow us to stay, my husband's wallet was stolen and he didn't have an id.. we have stayed there for years, we go to Carowinds quite often as we purchase season passes..

No room cleaning. Had to go to lobby for fresh towels. Room next to us had people living there and were yelling at each other throughout the night and had a baby screaming a lot.

The beds were very uncomfortable, the rooms were nasty (we ended up leaving it was so bad), had a bad odor to the whole facility, cat litter was all over the place, the room smelt like pee, they allow smoking ( for some that’s not an issue but with a child that has asthma it’s a big problem for me)

Exceptional

The staff was more than wonderful. They was awesome. Getting to the hotel location was easy. The room was very very clean. No issues. The location was great. Hotel not far from the Spectrum Center. My next trip to Charlotte I would stay at again. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

There was very little hot water to shower. The hallway had a odor that the rugs needed to be deodorizer.

where do I start…hallways and lobby reeked of dog and urine.. also weed…room was dirty and biggest thing.. Roaches.. seriously???? making people pay for a room with roaches.. plus homeless and shady people hanging out in lobby out front and in parking lot.. felt very unsafe

Great value for your money

Fast check in, location and the room was clean. A few restaurants and stores all within walking distance.

A few noises like a dog barking, but that didn't last long.
