The location was great, property was clean.
The microwave didn’t work, the fridge was unplugged and didn’t get cold, there was a big hole in the wall of my room, the property needed some updates, there was no hot breakfast or room service.

Was charged double check in person not nice at all i would not recommend this hotel to anyone . No breakfast as stated on site .

The only positive about this hotel was the little prepackaged mini muffin that was provided during breakfast and that I was able to leave.
Everything! The hallways looked like someone was going to come out of a room and grab me. They were so dimly lit! The room had an old smell, the furniture looked ol. The telephone was missing buttons. And to top it all off....the ROACHES!!!! A roach crawling on the shower door, on the nightstand and wall. I killed 3 roaches in about 30 minutes. I asked to switch rooms and the 2nd room had a roach on the bed. Men were just roaming the halls on the first floor. I didn't feel safe. Thank goodness I only needed to stay until my 6am flight. I got there at 2am expecting to get some sleep and did just the opposite. I couldn't leave this hotel fast enough!

When I arrived- hotel did not have my reservation ! And they told me that I have to call booking.com and find out everything by myself!

I will never book this hotel again. The worst hotel experience ever. Room 203 smelled very strongly of poop.
Notified front desk for change of room they sent someone from housekeeping to spray the room with some cheap air freshener that did not work. They told me room would be discounted and the charges are still the same 5 days later. They should completely shut this place down until they are completely done renovating.

No pool as advertised on website, toaster wasn’t working and housekeeping banging on the door at 09.34 asking when I am checking out? Check out is supposed to be 11am. Also over charged. I was supposed to be charged $139.45 but charged $155.21. Apparently refund would take 5 working days?

The bed was comfortable
The hallways cosmetic was horrible there was only one working elevator. The hallway had urine smell and smell of marijuana. It just was not what I expected and saw online I will never return. There was no sheets or blanket doe the let out sofa

The price.
The main elevator was inoperable which staff did not communicate, we had to figure use the detour to the other elevator. No rooms were available for a very long time, the lobby was flooded with guests and their luggage waiting for rooms. One of the staff members clearly did not want to be bothered. Her facial expressions upon approach were rude, her responses and tone were rude. Hospitality services is not her strong suit. The toilet in the room sounds like it was going to burst each time it was flushed. It was my birthday and I would have paid more money to go elsewhere had I been able to obtain a refund.

The location was PRIMO
The desk attendant I met while attempting to check-in was inattentive, not customer focused, rude, obnoxious, unprofessional, mean and not helpful. The facility was in a state of disrepair in basic things like housekeeping, working elevators, safety, and attitudes. We stay in hotels up and down the east coast & Midwest but I will not stay at the Hyatt House on South Tryon in Charlotte again!

The room was big and clean. The hotel is under construction so hallways look like they would need a better maintenance specially the rugs. Location was good too.
Some of the front desk agents, need a better customer service training. They did mess up with the payment process with my credit cards while checking inn and out. I did contacted them many times and I’m still waiting for their call back; they always promised and never do.

The room were pretty nice and it includes a kitchen area.
The other entry point to the building did not require card entry. Basically anybody could access the building whether you were staying there or not which is very unsafe. Also, the other entries had trash around the door. While there the power went out throughout the entire building, the staff did not know when the power would be restored. How do they lose power, they should have had a generator.

The room itself was nice, clean and had everything we needed for an accommodating stay. The room to price ratio was honestly my favorite part of things.
The elevator closest to our room did not work so we had quite a walk from the one functional elevator to our room. The only entrance that could be utilized was the main entrance. The entrance closest to our room did not allow key card entry, which is also the entry closest to the non-functional elevator by our 3rd floor room. So in short, don’t use the parking lot in the back. It’ll be a long walk to the front entrance.

The location was convenient. Mike at the front desk was awesome! Best part of the stay.
The inside of the hotel was a bit run down. Only one working elevator, the walls were dirty and stained. We had a trio room which was spacious however, the main door looked as though someone tried to pry it open as a few pieces of wood were missing. We also asked for extra toilet tissue and was told there was no more in the entire hotel. They did give us a box of facial tissue. Overall, good for a one night stay to sleep and that’s about it.

The only thing I liked about this trip was the people that worked at the front desk. They tried their best to help us even with limited resources.
There was so much that I didn’t like. This hotel is like suites 4 less with a different name. The toilet was backed up and we had to wait hours to get a plunger. When we first asked for a plunger the house keeping lady tried to give us an iron. I just considered it a language barrier. I would have took the iron she tried to give me because the iron in my room did not work. Also, there was stains everywhere.

When we walked into the room it was dirty, beds weren’t made up at all. Took a photo to show front desk and they moved us to a smaller room. Elevator didn’t work that was closer to the room. Roaches on the hallway wall. There was no breakfast first morning due to the “oven being broken”. After asking for management in how to help solve the bug inconsideration of moving us from what we paid for to a smaller room no, one was available. We were giving a number to call and was told that management will be there on Saturday morning. When Saturday came we were told no one from management will be there until Monday, we left Sunday morning before 12. It just wasn’t a good stay for us and will not stay there again.

Room keys did not work. Day and night people were in the hallway sitting on the floor or struggling to get in their rooms. Faulty keys made it difficult to get in the hotel, to get to the ice machine/laundry room & hotel rooms. On the 2nd floor their are signs pointing to an ice machine that doesn’t exist. There’s only one on the 1st floor. Hallway smells moldy. Carpets have stains all over and hall lighting is dark and gloomy. Only one elevator on one side of the building works. Rooms were okay. AC worked. TV worked. Bathroom was clean. Kitchen was missing items and utensils were filthy. Staff smoking weed outside, and although they were nice - you had to wait for assistance after they finished their cellphone conversations behind the desk.

It said airport shuttle. Never came. Called about five times and no one answered. Got to the hotel and the girl at the desk never looked up. All the door keys wouldn’t work for everyone in the hotel so had to scramble to get in my room. Left to go eat then came back couldn’t get in room and couldn’t find the girl to let me in. She was outside with her friends on the phone. Never gave me a wi-fi or told me what time breakfast was. Breakfast was horrible. Got a ride back to the airport on time. I would like a refund or credit. Horrible service. oh and the pool was closed. so disappointed.

I have stayed at this same hotel for 5+ years and this was my only negative experience. The hotel was dirty, our room window was cracked, the room door was punched. Also our car along with multiple others was broken into and the back glass was kicked out.
