Clean
No coffee pot in the room or lobby. We were up long before breakfast was served.

I walk out the morning after I got there and they are trying to cover my brand new truck in plastic cause they were painting the exterior of the building. When I checked in no one ever said anything about it. I was beyond pissed guys were messing with my truck and that there might have gotten paint on it.

Breakfast needed more non dairy options, otherwise good. Coffee tasted a bit off.
The keycards became deactivated 3 times...a friend's room became deactivated 1 time.

Quiet, clean and employees very nice and helpful.

The staff was very accomodating when it came to getting us a room on the first floor.
There was no coffee machine in the room. Also the bed was supposed to be a queen. Instead it was a full.

motel is excellent for shopping at low-price stores -- I walked to TJ MAXX and to ROSS and to Old Navy on two successive days, ended up buying two shirts -- also good for walking to bus-stops going downtown, where I took many pictures, two of which I include in this review -- across the street is a 'Wendy's' with reliable and famous chili -- the breakfast at the motel was good and nutritious, but modest - they should include hard-boiled eggs -- the TV and microwave in the room were very good motel is very close to bus going either to Chicago or Madison -- the town has many old buildings, very historic, and a cult Chinese restaurant 'Cozy Inn' on downtown street - restaurant has been in same family for over 100 years - one more thing: you can walk to ALDI supermarket, buy inexpensive things for microwave in motel
no complaints -- well, you have to be very careful crossing the streets near motel, many big trucks, impatient drivers with harassed looks on faces - many people in the town are not happy -- but the shoppers at ROSS'S on Saturday are very happy, very festive, and you can walk to the store very easily

Breakfast very limited, no fresh fruit. The room was very nice and stylish, nice fridge and microwave. Comfy.
The toilet was nasty brown and full of feces, had to go to front desk and get toilet bowl cleaner and brush and disinfectant wipes before we could relax, never has that happened to me

the breakfast was good -- lots of raisin bran, milk in refrigerator, very good coffee and yoghurt and little cups of mandarin oranges, bagels, rolls, toaster - could have used bread but that would be hard to keep fresh, would have liked hard-boiled eggs but eggs are now very expensive -- tea, both herbal and caffeine (green, black) -- very good TV and room heater, good view from window, two bus routes to downtown -- across the street is Wendy's with famous chili - I have posted a photo of the rising moon just before sunrise Feb. 17, from window of my room, one month into Chinese year
location was not as beautiful as in the old downtown - but I knew about that in advance

Price, was acceptable. Very nice breakfast area.
We wanted 2 queen beds as per our reservation. We were given 1 queen in a postage stamp sized room. Inadequate electrical connections for our needs. Wow try finding television channels.

Nice beds and clean rooms. Perfect location for us to stay to visit our daughter. Helpful front desk.
It was all fine! No complaints.

The primary reason for the rating was being able to sleep in a bed with a relatively new mattress. It was great.
Would have been nice to have a chair in the room

The welcoming, the comfort and coziness felt as soon as I entered my room.
I did not like the overnight front desk receptionist. The person/s that were placed in the conjoined room next to me were smoking illegal things in their room the second they entered it and the smell coming into my room from their's literally made me sick. When informing the front desk receptionist, she was very rude and clearly told me there wasn't anything she could do about it, which is unacceptable and extremely unprofessional, especially knowing that your customer occupying the neighboring room to mine, was doing illegal activity in your property/business. I could have easily involved the police, but I didn't feel that was my job to take care of during my (payed for) stay. It could have been so much worse had I contacted authorities, especially if I told them that I reported the illegal activity to the person in charge and was told nothing could be done to correct the issue. I also seen housekeeping cleaning that room this morning and the smell of drugs that came out of that room while the door was open while housekeeping cleaned. It was absolutely disgusting.

I like that the staff told us about the flyers of events in the area. However, your staff should educate themselves about things that are going on the for the weekend. Just l a quick look at the flyer than you could educate the guest about things going on. Like there is a parade tonight as well as many things that kids can do for free. For a family checking in with younger children.
The gentleman that work Saturday 2nd shift had no idea how to get to event. Seem like he really didn't have the time too talk or help us. I think he could have done a better job by pulling it up on the computer, and giving us printed directions. Rather than saying "I live right over there" i have no idea where this is.
