The area and the people at the front desk really nice

The strong smell of cigarettes and the lack of breakfast options and that my last night at the hotel my key was locked and I had to go to the front desk to get it to work.

The staff was very nice.

The Worse breakfast I have ever had at a Holiday Inn. No scramble eggs not hot. Cereal all packs. I will not stay there any more because of that. Just went to IHOP

Exceptional

After riding a motorcycle all day in heat. The air conditioner in the room was excellent. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good.

NEEDS TLC! Clean, great breakfast, friendly staff!

Room was clean, staff very friendly. Front desk person was phenomenal. Breakfast was a great variety and well tended to. Coffee bar was great!

Currently renovating... good thing because my room had several large weak spots in the flooring, bathroom tiles falling apart, sink slow to drain. Elevator definitely needs service!

Nice accommodation, but the age is showing. I saw signs of renovations.

Did not use the breakfast.

The pool was being fixed, a terrible odor was in the lobby. But the receptionist was superb.

It's gonna get better!

The desk clerk that checked us in was very nice and very helpful. She greeted every guest with a giant smile. Great first impression for the hotel.

The jacuzzi quit working every 2-3 minutes. We were celebrating the 1 year anniversary of my second open heart surgery on our way to present my Dr. with a present. Fix the jacuzzi issue and finish the renovations and then your hotel will be even a greater success. Be back in a year!

location

air condition does not work. goes on for about 45secs. then off for 8 minutes, this cycle repeats making it impossible to sleep with the start and stop, did not cool at all. refrigerator makes loud squealing noise and doesn’t stop, had to unplug. toilets are old and outdated. ran through the night. literally had to jiggle handle. very quiet hotel no road noise. but the other three competing noises made for sleepless Luke warm night.

Very good

Loved the popcorn in the afternoons. Breakfast had lots of choices! The shower was nice and had good pressure.

when we checked into our room there nail cluppings on the carpet under the desk. The room refrigerator was very noisyThe bathroom could have brighter lighting

ac did not work at all. room was 85 degrees and we were offered a small fan… I did get a discount AFTER getting extremely upset and loud

Not worth the money I spent.

Breakfast was the only good thing

The room smelled strongly of smoke for being a smoke free environment. The pool and hot tub had hair floating in it. The ice maker on our floor did not work, had to go to main floor to get ice.

The hotel was not clean overall. Under construction. Cockroaches in the hallway.

My stay was a horrific nightmare. I fell down the stairs because there were no lights in the stairwell. No A/C and n

The staff was great, the facility needs furniture replaced and an overall refresh.

The staff was very welcoming and friendly

The bed was very uncomfortable and there was only a desk chair and one worn out and uncomfortable lounge chair in the room. Nowhere for two people to sit and have a place to put a drink or play a game of chess. all the furniture was old, scuffed and very little artwork. It was more like a cheap Motel 6 or something of that level.
