It was decent.

The bed was very comfy. The room was pretty clean. The staff at the desk were very nice.

Roaches. I killed 3. The bar in the tub was not securely attached. The carpet looked like it had been cut and lifted up.

Very disappointed in our stay

Breakfast? Only had pre-packaged muffins and coffee. Only sugar was available throughout our stay - no creamer. Mentioned it to desk clerk on Tuesday. Was hoping for creamer on Wednesday, nope!

Can’t believe that the hotel’s side doors were open to everyone. Would’ve felt better if room key would have allowed access. No hot water. We were there for a wedding and couldn’t even take a shower on Tuesday. So from M-W , no hot water. Not even a microwave where we could’ve warmed up some water. 👎 One bed side table had no lightbulb and it’s light shade wasn’t attached. Took lightbulb out from another lamp and it wouldn’t fit.

Over all if changes were made to staffing and updates to facilities the stay would been better

No smoke detectors in room, it had been removed. No wash cloths to was face and or body in shower. Air conditioner began to give off musty smell after a few hours. Restaurant had limited menu and none of the vending machines had any product to purchase.

The room wasn't finished, no breakfast, no pool, halls needed to be remodeled, truck parked behind me it was hard to get out of parking spot or in, no Creamer for coffee

I enjoyed my time and nothing was bad about the stay other than the roaches and sort of clean rooms.

The staff were amazing! Very helpful. It’s close to many different food options and right off the highway!

They had roaches and the rooms were not as clean as they could be.

Look somewhere else.

The first room should be put out of service. The second room was not much different. The bathroom was very dirty. The room floor was dirty. My bedsheets was dirty. I had to get new sheets to make up the bed. Multiple towels in the bathroom and shower was very dirty. The chair in the room was dirty with smoke holes in it. The microwave just need to go. All I can say, if you’re coming here to relax and expecting a good clean experience, look somewhere else! Because the property is poorly maintained and manage.

Close to Austin College for Graduating ceremony

Very rude management. NO BASIC AMENITIES INCLUDING TOILET PAPER OR TOWELS OR EVEN FIRE DETECTORS. Management after several contacts finally agreed to let us change rooms after we requested not only 3 times but for Management to cone to our first room due to keys not working to let us in. First room after able to enter once the housekeeper let us in is where we found out how extremely nasty the rooms were and where we learned NO TOILET paper or towels etc.

Close to Austin College for my sons graduation.

FIRST...Rooms would not unlock and waited over 1 hour for the "management" to come let us into our room for the manager never to show up. Went back to registration desk and they reissued another set of keys for them not to work. We ended up having the house cleaner let us in. Once in room there was NO toilet paper, no towels, NO FIRE Alarms, and rooms were nasty like had not been cleaned. Went back down to the registration desk and asked for manager again for him to tell me to call the 800 number if I wanted to file complaint. Called Booking.com whom we booked hotel with and they filed a complaint with the manager and the manager LIED and said that everything I filed about was "Resolution Resolved " but nothing was. We requested toilet paper from the house cleaner and bath towels and asked the housecleaner to clean the room while we waited outside the door. This was the WORST hotel experience and we had 3 rooms booked for 3 separate family members for my son's graduation and all rooms had very similar issues with this hotel making this happy day to be a horrible day for us.
