Good room size, lots of restaurants

A lot of good restaurants in the area. It's really close to the highway. The room size was amazing, extremely large.

Room could be updated. Seemed a little empty for the size of the room.

Nice cordial staff. easy access to rooms from Parking. Plenty of parking. Rooms had everything we needed. Breakfast was free and good.

NOTHING

I didn't like anything about this hotel....it should be considered a motel. It's dirty, both beds were broken in my and also the TV didn't work. I asked for a refund considering all the amenities didn't work but NO they only took $25 off. Despicable place and company. The night staff was great but the morning man shouldn't have a job.....you don't get in screaming matches with customers bc they want to talk to a manager. Urgh

The location was easy access, parking was good,, staff were good to interact and hotel was clean.

Breakfast was minimalistic in terms of options,, did not offer tea option or any cereals or eggs.

Bathroom fittings were leaky and the show nob was hard to operate and also opened anti clock wise :( shoddy

Superb

Very comfy beds. Super clean. I enjoy the coffee in room machine for first thing in the morning. The breakfeast is kind healthy and nourishing. Overall there's quite a bit to like.

I don't like how hard it is to pull into motel coming south on 82nd drive. Have to go up get in left turn lane and turn around in the shopping mall lot and come in from the south headed north on old 82nd drive.

If they gave the hotel a little love would make a huge difference

The staff was polite professional

Our bed was missing about 1/3 of the best. The right side looked like it was sleeping on the floor. So no good night sleep and no couple time in that room 🥺

Had to find the plug for tv and lamp and Plug it in lol. Was harassed by staff at check in. Will never stay here again

Your really should have a help lie that isn't a machine

I booked this room through Booking .com on noon of the day I was to arrive. When I got to the Inn at 10:30 pm, the receptionist said she didn't have my reservation and was hostile, saying I shoudl never book through Booking,com. she then said I had to contact them myself, which was impossible. Finally after 20 minutes of watching me fail, she went on to her computer and downloaded my reservation which was there all the time. I will never book through Booking.com again if this is what results and I will surely never stay at Clackmas again because there was such hostility.
