Great night of sleep however the breakfast did lack.

My room had an odor and the floor was so wet it squished when I walked. The smell was coming from the fidge It was warm and water was leaking from the bottom making a giant puddle.On top of that the air conditioner was barely working.the air was warmer than outside even on high cool and the temperature wouldn't go lower than 68. When I went to bring all of this to the attention of the hotel staff the English gentleman told me that it was probably just unplugged that maybe there was ice that melted when it got unplugged. I had to beg for extra towels to put on top of the puddle and he refused to give me any kind of compensation for my inconvenience. He brushed me off and was just rude about everything insisting there was nothing else he could do about it. When I checked out I was told I had too many guests and I wasn't allowed to use their facility anymore. When I booked the room it was for two adults. I went to bed before midnight myself friend who was the second guest showed up shortly after that. He was turned away and told he wasn't allowed to be there. This place is uncomfortable, dirty, rude and just overall not worth going to. I probably would rather sleep outside.

I frequent this establishment often. From the friendly staff to the endless amount of fresh towels that is offered. And let's not forget the amazing pressured shower heads. I would greatly recommend The Clackamas inn to friends and family. Thank you for a restful stay everyday.

It was nice. The staff were very accomodating. Clean environment. And close to everything.

Room smelled bad, drapes didn’t close, elevator in need of repair, entire place dirty, and unkempt. Seriously old, broken, ratty furnishings. Huge disappointment. Sorry I chose by price, wasn't even the three stars it was advertising!

Very clean. I could not get the hang of the door lock so needed desk clerk to come up and show me how he does it so easily. I still failed. I had to study his actions to get it. Air in the room was stuffy, but I decided to live with it. You get used to it. The tv, shower, etc all worked fine. I slept well. Free breakfast was minimal, but ok given the price.

As soon as we walked in, there was a smell of mold; first place we went to was the bathroom and the first thing we noticed was mold on the ceilings. Turned the bathtub faucet on and the handle falls off not once but twice! Hotel towels had something that looked like dry boogers (don’t think they were even washed). Bedding/covers had 2 cigarette burns/holes in them. The air quality in the room was super thick and misty. Will not recommend.

Great place - close to Salem and Portland. We had gone for the Ironman event and it was perfect

My room smelled very bad and they tried to cover it up with scented wall plugs which made it worse. I had to keep the window open the whole time which also made it very loud because it is right next to a busy highway.

All in all not a bad property to stay at. Old and a bit run down, like the tub facet comes off in your hand when you try to set the temperture. But staff was wonderful, breakfast okay, and easy access to freeway and resturants. We would stay there again,

Everything was great! Our plans changed and we had to check out early, but it was a great experience.

Older hotel, good parking, comfortable bed but room smelled musty/moldy. Breakfast was kindof lacking and they ran out of pancake batter - Stores and fast food places close by.

Checked in to the hotel and walked into the room and it was not up to par. Broken tile, head board peeling , rings on drinks left on furniture.

Property and rooms showing signs of age. Some odd smells but bathroom looked clean. Friendly staff and ok breakfast. Bathroom fan didn’t work.

Pretty disappointing. The place was a lot grungier than the photos make it appear. Peeling paint, huge gap under the door, uncomfortable bed, poor lighting in the hallway, etc. The pool was closed (big disappointment for the kids). The breakfast was pretty spartan. No recycling options, despite being in Portland!

Service and check in was perfect. The hotel is older but it is great for the price. Area is a little sketchy but parking was secure. Pretty good selection for the breakfast. I was pleasantly surprised. No smoking on hotel grounds. I was ok with that. Was not a luxury stay but staff was amazing.

Very convenient place to stay in a very comfortable room.

The rooms are stinky, bed mattress is broken, bathroom needs renovation, the toilet does not flush, old carpet, the bed sheets are stinky and the cover is ripped.

The staff at the front desk called the police & had my son arrested for criminal trespass II. My son had joined my smaller children & myself for an evening of fun, food, and games but instead my son was excorted off the property by police. I will beginning completing the process to file a formal complaint against Clackamas Inn & Suites.

Quick check in other then I believe it was the handy man not acknowledge that there were customers in lobby. Room was clean and looked big. Beds were stiff and not queen size maybe full at best. Shower curtain did not have magnets at corners to help keep it in bath tub. Definitely better then motel 6 at seaside! Over all stay would do 7 out of 10

Close to visit family

Guy at services desk was great, door was a little different at first to open but guy at front desk help with no problem. Only other complaint would be the ac unit didn’t work very well and it got very hot in the room at night. We opened the window and it caused it to be noisy because of the people outside.
