First Check in, then shopping

They took and store my pre-arrived cargos and they do not want money for this. Hotel is near by the main street so it is easy to find.

The reception staff (night shift) can be more smiling,

Disappointing

Not polite service, also, not aware of how the systems worked and when questioned we were met with attitude and it was just bad customer service. The breakfast was basically non existent at 7am but the staff was making waffles for themselves so maybe when they were done eating it got filled. Overall not very clean in the room or the halls. 20 lamps in the room and still super dim, it made work extremely hard. The drapes completely cover the air conditioner but it didn’t matter that much since it would not stay consistently on even though it was hot and set to 60. I also opened my door this morning to a bill with my name, address, phone and email sitting in the middle of the hall. It seems it was pushed under my door but wasn’t so it sat there, that made me uncomfortable.

Sleepless nights because of loud, inconsiderate neighbors.

Room was OK. Staff seemed friendly. Price was reasonable compared to others in the area.

When we arrived in our room it smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. We requested a new room but the motel was full, so the staff sprayed air freshener. We also had extremely noisy neighbors, who finally quieted down after our late night request for staff to contact them. Entering the motel the second night we heard the same neighbors from down the hall. We immediately requested to be moved to another room, but were told there was no cleaning staff on duty at that time so there were no other rooms available. That night staff needed to call the noisy neighbors twice to get them to stop (after midnight). Though we planned to stay three nights, we left the motel the next morning. We were not charged for our third scheduled night of stay. One more negative was the free breakfast was very minimal at best.

Disappointing

Location close to beach ,stores and restaurants

There were some type of bugs or something in the room that bite us up. We have bite marks all over us. I checked the bed I discretion see anything but something bite is not bad. I mentioned it to the front desk staff if maybe they had other complaints about the room we were staying in 515. She said no she said had we been outside near the pool,it might be mosquitos. I said we had been outside but not on the pool yet. We just got in the pool this morning before we checked out.

Location, location, location. Bed was comfortable

Cleanliness. Behind the beds there were thick trails of dust, cheddar fish crackers and bugs (I have video as evidence). Parts of the tub/shower was not cleaned, the Wi-Fi only worked at night (suspicion this was intentional), staff was unable to answer questions or assist when needed.
