The view was incredible and the full size kitchen, dining and living room were great.
There needed to be a more thorough cleaning. There was dirt and an empty chip bag behind the night stand next to the bed.

The location and view were amazing, the lanai was huge, the room had a great layout. Shopping was close by. There was a good amount of parking spaces. Lots of turtles in the water here seen from the lanai. Our room was a premium with 2 bedrooms and bathrooms. When we checked-in we were given Raw Elements sunscreen, which works great! Easy access to walking path.

The ocean view was stunning
The roaches in the room!

Superb view of the ocean, spacious apartment, clean, friendly staff. The beach is very close and there's a swimming pool and jacuzzi that we did enjoyed. Unfortunately we only booked four nights but we'll go to the same hotel next time we are in Maui.
A sweeping broom/brush and dustpan would have been nice to have in the apartment. No matter how much sand you remove, some still gets in the room.

View and location were excellent

Stunning views from the room and balcony! You could simply spend your whole day sitting here and listen to waves while sleeping in the night. Location of the hotel. Swimming pool. Fully equipped kitchen - spacious, free parking.
Liked almost everything here - just a tip to the lady on front desk - could be more expressive/smile more :)

The ocean view room has the most stunning view I’ve ever seen! The studio was pretty tidy and functional. The staff at front desk were very helpful as well.
Not much, the location is a bit far away from center and not contains catering services. But you can always find something to eat in the food trucks nearby.

Check in was quick and easy. View from room was great. The beach right in front of the hotel is covered in reef so you cannot swim there. This keeps it the beach pretty empty, which is nice.
There really isn't much to not like. The place is basic, but nice. Be aware that this place is on the far west side of the island. So it is a bit of a drive to get to a lot of things.

-We have a gorgeous view of the ocean and the islands of Moloka'i and Lanai. The view never got old and we got the watch the sunset with this backdrop every day
-We saw sea turtles every day and easily from our 9th floor room
-The room was lovely. For a couple, it was more than enough space. We ate dinner on the patio as we overlooked the ocean. We made good use of our kitchen space for some cooking and enjoyed our complimentary k-cups. I could go on - it was a great room at a very competitive rate.
-It you want to be on the west side of the island, this is an ideal spot. We walked 3-5 times into town to check out local breakfast/coffee shops that were 0.1-0.3 miles away. There was another little retail strip about 0.6 miles away that had more local spots to eat and a market. You are only 10 minutes from Lahaina (which you definitely should visit) and we would also walk to an outdoor food truck restaurant area in 5 minutes. We got food and coffee there probably 3 times during our trip.
-I snorkled in the ocean right in front of our hotel and saw beautiful fish, starfish, and a little octopus. Oh, and sea turtles.
-Parking on site was easy. No valet needed. Just plenty of accessible parking spots.
-The hotel itself is pretty inside and outside.
-The pool is warm and the hot tub was really nice at night.
-The door was tough to swipe into. We thought our key didn't work at first, but you get used to it.

Good access to beach, bar and a supermarket.

Room was nice and comfortable, just large enough for what we needed. The room was close enough to the attraction we planned for. Food trucks and restaurants were within walking distance of the room.
Pool was a little small. Drinks or food was not allowed in the pool area. Beach area was little small.

the location and proximity to ocean
didn’t get the room we reserved and paid for. paid for premium room (remodeled) didn’t get that. Mattress is way beyond its useful use, it sucked.

The views from the rooms were stunning. I wasn’t expecting the floor to ceiling windows! Could see turtles bobbing around in the water from our room. Loved it.
The kitchen & living room area was very well kitted out too with all the amenities to allow us to enjoy our stay. Thank you!
The rooms also have a guest book with reviews going back years - it’s a lovely little touch.

Amazing views all around, spacious apartment with a well equipped kitchen. Location is also perfect as the Kaanapalli beach is just in the hotel's backyard
Hot water was not hot enough. But no other complaints

The location of this hotel is truly stunning. We saw some whales and turtles just straight from our balcony. The hotel is located at the end of the beachwalk, which is perfect as gives much more intimacy than the other hotels nearby, where tourists just wander around the hotels' common areas - not very relaxing. The room was very well-equipped with everything we needed like blender, oven, etc. There is also a big parking outside, so no issues with finding the spot.
The room itself is pretty outdated, definitely needs some renovation, there are things like e.g. dirty doors in the bathroom, very old sofa etc. There were also some strange noises in the night and in the morning like hammer (?) - I think they may have been renovating other room next to us although at really weird hours.

Enjoyed our own balcony and soaking in the view. Spotted so many turtles!
The beds were so old, uncomfortable and creaky. Very much a family hotel, wouldn’t recommend if you’re a couple looking for peace and quiet. Can’t swim off the beach as there’s a reef, have to walk down the beach to access the water safely.

My husband and I spent our 3oth anniversary. We loved the views and great location. The Concierge was great, she helped us book a Luau and a Boat trip. We were very happy with the trip. We had a spectacular vacation and anniversary.
The only thing was the mattress on the bed, it was not comfortable.

The location with views straight on the ocean was fantastic!! complimentary upgrade was fantastic!!
Would benefit from more amenities with a small bar and restaurant, would bump up to 19 starts from me.
