It was a hopeless faulty towers experience where staff were both incredibly unhelpful, unwilling to assist, didn’t know what they were doing etc. I really would not recommend this accomodation as value for money. You expect at this price range a luxury experience and it was anything but.
Completely understaffed.

VERY Nice hotel/time sharing complex.
Friendly and helpful staff
Nice beach - a bit too much waves for kids that don’t swim.
modern, fast internet, very quiet
Fully equipped apartment with washing machine and tumble dryer
unclear cleaning instructions - when and what will be cleaned ???
daily / every other day ?

The room was spacious and very comfortable for our family of 4.
our departure flight was scheduled to leave several hours after checkout, and I was told we could use the gym facilities to freshen up before leaving.I was also told that we could rent a cabana near the pool, so we could enjoy the beach/pool during our last day. My family and I attempted to rent a cabana only to be told there were non available (it would have been nice to be told to reserve in advance), so we needed up poolside for 5-6 hours.
After a long day in the sun we headed to the gym shower to clean up, & soon discovered several other families had the same plan in mind. Needless to say, the tiny locker room with one shower was too small to accommodate more than 1-2 people at a time. Unfortunately, this was a less than ideal way to end a very nice vacation in beautiful Maui.

We loved the beach. There was a few days it was too rough but other than that we got to see fish and turtles! The pool was a little cloudy but it was a great temp and the staff was very nice.
Pricey! The food at the bar was not good at all. Considering how much you pay you should get good food. In addition, room service was not an option.

I can't think of a single negative thing. Everyone was exceedingly nice and cordial. Everything surpassed my expectations!

Unit was beautiful with view of ocean. Unit was spacious. Balcony was huge. Liked the outdoor bbq’s and they were used often. This hotel is in a very busy part of the beach, so it feels a little crowded. We used the adult pool because it was less crowded and more peaceful.
Very busy in Feb. think I would choose a different month.

I was disappointed that there was a charge for beach lounge chairs. I’ve never been to a luxury resort that didn’t provide beach chairs.

Rooms, location, swimming pool
Choice of vegetarian food
Free breakfast with the enormous amount we paid for our stay
Activities during the stay were poor.

The rooms were like. The staff were friendly and professional. We needed some extra linens and they provided it without any extra fees.
It was understandably busy being it was July. The pools were busy, but the kids enjoyed their time.

It was very beautiful! Ocean front views with great food options and plenty of families. We went for our honeymoon, so the atmosphere was not exactly what we were expecting, but for a family vacation, it would be prefect!
The staff was sometimes unhelpful in giving directions. We first arrived there at 9pm and we asked if someone could help us find our room since it was so dark out and the property was so big. They said they didn’t have anyone available, and then we got completely lost and was walking around with our luggage for over half an hour. Can called the front desk several times, but they were no help and seemed annoyed that we called. We had to flag down a security guard who had to take us to our building on a golf cart because we were so far away. That was honestly the only bad experience we had the whole time. Also beware of account holds - they hold money on your account above what your expenses are in case you Olán to room charge. They held an additional $500 over the cost of our room and it took a week to get those funds back.

Love the size of the room
Property was well maintained and beautiful

This property is new, modern and spacious. I loved the smaller feel to this property, in contrast to the older, bigger resorts.
There was nothing I didn’t like.

Exceptionally clean and high-end property. Full kitchens, grills outside, a pool and splash pad/slide for kids with sand entry. Beachfront. One of the nicest properties I have ever stayed at in the world after extensive travel. Every unit has a fantastic patio. Gorgeous views.
Surf was rough here when we were there, swimming and snorkeling is better closer to their sister property just down the beach. VERY crowded pool area. One open restaurant for the entire hotel.
