BREAKFAST: Wow! Presentation was fabulous and the breakfast sandwich was huge and delicious!
Jacuzzi tub was AWESOME!
Small bathroom. No place to put bedding but they requested us not to lay on top of it.
Exterior of building is historic with no ambiance to invite you in. But we loved the inside!

(Quick note! Call ahead and ask about the room you are interested in if traveling with the whole family. It was just my son and I, and we were a little caught off guard when the tub/shower had no curtain and was almost in the middle of the room.) The staff were absolutely outstanding! They were prepared to answer all of our questions and had recommendations for places to see and things to do. The decor was awesome! We stayed in the Alaska room, and it did not disappoint. The bed was super comfy, and we had cheesecake waiting in the fridge!

This was such a fun stay!! My wife and I had some last minute plans come up, and we’ve always wanted to try a room out so we thought why not? Breakfast and desert were provided, the room was super fun, the tub was amazing and the steam shower made it that much better. 10 out of 10, everything was clean, and the staff was exceptionally kind.
It’s expensive but that isn’t even a downside, we knew what we were paying and hoped it was worth it. Turns out it was!

The room is cute and unique. It has a sunken jacuzzi and a separate steam room. The bed area is up a couple of stairs and spacious. A breakfast basket was delivered to our room—nice touch and it was good.
bathroom visit, going down two stairs during the night could be dangerous. There is no parking. The parking area is a public lot a block away.

The hot tub was difficult to get in and out of however once we got in it we loved the experience of the jets, lights and water.

There was cheesecake in the small fridge, and bubbly chilling on ice when we arrived. Everything was well stocked and beautiful. In the morning breakfast was delivered on a silver platter! (No waiting in lines for cold cereal, or breakfast in a lobby with people we didn't know. Instead it was delivered to our own room, at the time we had requested.)

The breakfast.
The bed bugs. We ended up with tons of bed bug bites. Have the Dr. Bill to prove it.

There was no closet space or drive space in the room

We booked the Arabia Room. The room was very clean and the bed was soft. I used the sauna it was so relaxing.
I did not care for the shower above the jacuzzi. It was ackward to climb into the tub and the water splashed every where. Parking was across the street in a public parking lot.

The rooms are super nice! the parking is a problem because the place do not have a parking of their own, we have to park in the public street. the breakfast is horrible because is FROZEN, JUNK FOOD put in a microwave full of radiation which is NOT GOOD for human conception. I HOPE & Pray they become more conscience of the food situation and change to more HEALTHY options.

Really enjoyed our stay. The staff made you feel special. The room was exceptional. Very well appointed, everything was first class. Quality of sheets, towels, etc. The in room sauna was immaculate. The included breakfast that was delivered to the room was delicious. Plates and silverware not paper plates and plastic forks and spoons.
It truly was a Destination.
The location is perfect....in the heart of Idaho Falls, within walking distance of many restaurants, shops, exhibits and the exceptional Snake River and Riverwalk.

I loved the room. Loved the tub and steam shower! I loved the yogurt at breakfast!
I didn’t care for the breakfast croissant. Standing water in our room was cool idea but the water looked so gross.

The sauna in the room is unbearable. I would highly recommend this! Going from the sauna to the cold plunge was the best hotel experience I’ve ever had!
No gym…

The breakfast was great. Delivered to us right when we asked them to do it and the taste was great. The location was perfect for our needs and was close to restaurants so we could get food for other meals.
The price did seem a little bit high for what we got. It was a great stay, however, just seemed like there could have been a couple expenses cut.

It is a wonderful place.. very romantic, great place for couples and room was wonderful, with sauna and big tub we fully enjoyed.
Only thing didn't like was the pillows were old & bad and bed was not comfortable and hurt our backs, so not able to sleep.
