Nothing. I couldn’t stay there. Soon as I walked in it smelled like pee and had pet hair on all the furniture. The bath tub was disgusting and the toilet had hair on it.

The bed and bedding was the only thing acceptable. I also was impressed with the cleanliness of the refrigerator, it must have been new.
Everything. I’m never one to leave bad reviews, I just never return to the location. This place has changed my attitude regarding that. I feel it’s important to WARN others. The room was absolutely disgusting, it was beyond unclean. The only reason I stayed is because my husband didn’t want to deal with the hassle, and the bed and bedding was acceptable. I described it as going to someone’s house and not wanting to sit down or touch anything. Nothing I owned touched the floor or any fabric surface. The lights were dim, I guess to hide the filth. The carpet had stains. I can go on and on. Just don’t stay there. A person would have a better experience sleeping outside on a bench, and I’m not trying to be mean, just honest.

Location was everything
we didn’t stay at the hotel..We traveled from Michigan we arrived at 9:03pm the lady stated since we didn’t call regarding our arrival time she canceled our room at 7pm. i received a email and confirmed my stay a couple of days before like I normally do. normally you have until midnight to check in a room, and I always checked on booking the estimated arrival time which I thought was cool. the lady was very mean and nasty even started using curse words (I hope the facility play the cameras back). The lady stated she was booked and sold out of rooms. I showed her my phone that booking.com still have us confirmed for our rooms and she said she don’t know why it say that because she canceled all of them. it took us 2 hours to find somewhere else to stay. we was fresh off the road, very tired etc. I will never suggest this hotel again. oh she said she been working there for ten years so can do whatever she wants.

We had some new staff and they were working together to get us checked in and good to go.
The hotel is easily the best for our big family of 6 to stay with everyone having their own space.
The hotel is pet friendly which is worth noting even though we left our pup at my mother in laws for the weekend.
The hotel is close to our friends house but also close to most of what Dayton area has to offer including the meteoparks.
Not much to complain about. The queen bed was def showing the wear but I was tired so I slept.
Also the light switches were confusing and some lights I am still not sure where they turned on at.

Price.
Bathroom had a dirty washcloth left in the shower. The beds were all worn out and sagged in the middle.
There wasn't any working air conditioning. The shower did not work properly. Some lights didn't work. The furniture was dirty and soiled. The buildings were not numbered in an easy to find way.

we chose this property because it had 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed. had plenty of space. the woman that was working when we checked in was wonderful and very helpful.
room wasn’t very clean and all the bed linens had different stains on them that resembled old blood. we went to the Walmart that was next door and bought some cheap linens to use. the hotel hasn’t been updated in a long time and our room showed it. loose/rotten wood railing on the balcony chipped and stained up baseboards and the mattresses were so old and heavily used that they were almost smashed flat.

smell of marijuana every night

That the room had 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms, a kitchen and an upstairs.
That the room was dirty. No deep cleaning here! The upstairs toilet was not cleaned, there were real spiderwebs on the inside of the window casings, the lampshades were broken, the switch faceplate was broken off, drapes were ripped and missing hooks, and Christmas decorations were still taped to the valances.
