Check in was horrible, the room was fine, the breakfast in the morning was wonderful. I think it is

Booked the room 4:30pm ish. Once arrived (late 2:00am) we could not access the property, we called and called there was no front desk person until I found a phone in the lounge to call somebody on site to check us in. I think the front desk person was sleeping and had no way to access or be acknowledged that we were there to check in.

The room was very spacious and comfortable.

The pool wasn't working but they allowed us to swim at their other hotel.

It was a great price and big enough room for our family if 6! The staff was very friendly

We enjoyed the breakfast before we got back on the road! Our room was big enough for my family of 6!

The only complaint and that would be from my children is that they couldn’t use the pool! Obviously we know that’s out of everyone’s control!

i was turned away. showed my reservation email confirmation and still turned away.

they were all booked up. booking.com charged me to change dates when I arrived the hotel said they were fully booked. the only reservation they had for me was the original dates.

Excellent accommodations & staff, neither especially close or far from key attractions.

Large, comfortable room. Excellent decor. Staff and breakfast were both outstanding.

A little out of the way from my work event but right off the freeway which is always a huge plus.

Over the top Facility and Staff

The breakfast offered was the best of our entire trip! The staff worked hard to keep up with the amount of guests taking part. All done with a SMILE! Good job.

The room was very spacious and well layed out. It was incredibly clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great Room! Not the best experience.

The room is modern and comfortable.

The room (toilet and desk) was dirty when we checked in. This was disappointing seeing that the toilet is one of the most important things to clean in between stays. Fortunately a staff member immediately cleaned it when we reported it to the front desk.
