La camera spaziosa. Letto comodo.

Convenient for a one-night stay on the road from Grand Canyon to San Fransico. The helpful staff gave good dinner recommendations. Big pool
Will be a great location once renovations are complete!
The hotel is under renovation. The existing rooms are very dated. Nice pool but is not 100% clean and the few remaining loungers are in bad shape. Gym minimally equipped.

it was close to the highway and other things.
outdated for the price they charge. water damage marks on popcorn ceiling and still has wallpaper people used in the 90s and the tv in the room is from early 2000s

convenient to what I needed

the room was big and comfortable and the area is quiet
the staff was rude and the power went out during our stay

the pool
everything else aside from the pool. I called to speak to someone and was told I’d be getting a return call but never have.

Friendly service and checking in and out was easy.
Some items could have been cleaner. was told breakfast was served at a certain time, however, “breakfast was only coffee. You have to pay to actually eat and the choices are few. I was also charged $60 more per room than was quoted on my reservation.

Satisfactory location/rooms.
WiFi was terrible. Literally impossible to get any work done or stay connected on VPN. Would not stay here again if I can’t be productive. Additionally, TV had no HDMI slots (or they were blocked), preventing me from watching my own Netflix account instead of their terrible cable stations.

large rooms
governor on AC, poorly landscaped and unattractive at entry, rock garden at side door needs to be completely redone. common areas need paint. not what I’d expect from Marriott. also there was a temporary homeless group at the back when we arrived. gone by next morn. really need to upgrade foyer.

The room is roomy.
It was the most ran down Sheraton I’ve ever stayed at. The price was high like it would be for a higher end hotel, but it felt more like a medium hotel like a Quality Inn, or nice Super 8. it needs a paint job, the windows cleaned, new wall paper, nicer bathrooms, etc… Or if they don’t want to fix it up it should be under $100 a night. The lobby was nice, and it made it feel like you were walking into a nice hotel, but all the rooms were disconnected from the lobby. So you only see the lobby once. And the disconnected rooms, and buildings make it feel less secure, and more like a motel vibe. Since you have to walk outside. I’d recommend not coming back to the room too late at night. If the hotel was cheaper I’d be less critical but they were charging the same as some really nice hotels in the area. So I expected this hotel to be really nice too. Unless this place is a good deal I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The pool was a welcome relief after a long day's drive. A comfortable night's sleep. A gem of a location for quiet relaxation on a Sunday evening.
The air conditioning was very noisy and ineffective in cooling. We visited 3 years ago and the decor has aged and looks tired now. No safe.

It took me three reminders and four hours to have the feather pillows exchanged for non-feather pillows. This is important because I am allergic to down.

room was clean and comfortable, never saw the pool
4.5
A great hotel for a stop-over or for a couple of days by the pool. The room was clean, large and very comfortable with a fridge, microwave and TV.
The pool area did get a bit covered in leaves from the trees as it was quite windy overnight and the hotel did not clean it very often.

location to my parents house. only two levels
very dated. stained and dirty carpet throughout.

TV could have been updated. Cable was not good. For the price of the room, should have lastest technology.
