Spend a little more elsewhere.

Breakfast is a joke. Room are worn out.

Place is a bit rough. Ie. In order to open my room door you had to pull up on the lever.

It’s alright, too many issues

Liked the low price of the property The room wasn’t dirty but if you take a hot shower you can tell the paint from the tub/shower starts to chop off and the paint on the door looks like it starts to come off as well. A/C unit works very well.

Check in was stressful, I had booked the room online and paid in full on the booking app. When I got to the hotel to check in the lady that was working said there was no payment and asked me to pay again or I would not be able to stay. It was so late in the night I didn’t feel like arguing or looking elsewhere considering that the room was no refundable on the booking app. She reassured me that the payment didn’t go through when booking so I just paid. In the morning looking at my bank account I noticed that I was ultimately charged twice for the room. In the morning I did notify the front desk and they issued me a refund for the room. This was not the first time I had an issue with checking in here. Check in process was just to stressful for the one night stay. Next time invest in a better hotel.

Aside from not providing a breakfast as advertised, the hotel was an exceptional value.

The reservation stated "Breakfast Included". As with any other reservations I've made which included breakfast, it meant a full complimentary breakfast. The hotel only offered coffee, granola bars and muffins that I could see. Those are really just snacks and would not even be considered a "Continental" Breakfast.

The hotel offered a breakfast, but only provided snacks and coffee. There was no coffee machine in the room either. Many guests prefer to have coffee in their room without having to wait until a certain time for it, or have to leave their room to get it.

The staff is amazing there, very friendly and inviting. I always have to do a late check-in, and I am always greeted with a smile.

The parking is a bit crowded, especially in the front. This makes it a bit difficult to check-in

Disappointing

Construction inside our unit. We had to leave early 8:00 am for them to have access to our unit. the bathroom tub was painted with stone flick paint and it was chipping. Gross.

Could not honor my reservation and turned me away, yet still charged my card.

I made a reservation through booking.com for New Year's Eve in the morning, and chose the option to pay the reservation at the check in. Arrived at 10pm exhausted only to be told at the front desk that their rooms were over sold and do not have a room for us. At the same time, another guest arrived with a reservation made through Expedia and was able to check on. I was angry, but my partner immediately contacted Marriott close by and got us a room there, so we did not linger. Yet, two days later, saw that Extended Stay has charged my card for the night. I'm now facing the nightmare to fight the charge.

staff was very unhelpful and unfriendly, after using booking.com and received a confirmation from the hotel itself hours before arriving, they turned us away at the door because they had over booked. The gentleman working at the time said he couldn’t even send me an email explaining the situation so I could send it over to booking.com and wouldn’t help me with a refund.

very comfortable place for a stop over, the room was quite large

- very comfortable and sizable room - helpful staff, providing us with kitchenware and extra blanket (and refuse to take tips..) - nice location, walkable distance to bookstore, supermarket, fast casual restaurants

- very limited equipments in gym - no hot breakfast

I won't be staying here again. The large room is not worth the wait.

large frig, desk and spacious room.

The property itself was not bad. HOWEVER, I worked all day and went to check in at 6:40 once I was finished. However the door the the lobby was locked, and no one was at the desk. I used the phone in the entrance way to call the after hours line and they attempted to call the lobby (I could hear the phone ringing from my enclosure). Long story short, I was let into the lobby by another guest where upon I saw a note that said the front desk was on break and would be back at 7:40 pm! So I waited for 40 min with no place to sit for someone to check me in. NOT THE EXPERIENCE I WAS LOOKING FOR AFTER WORKING ALL DAY.
