Super mooie ruime kamers en op loopafstand van het centrum. Ontbijt was ook veel keuze vergeleken bij andere hotels en parkeren voor de deur. Absoluut een aanrader!

Frühstück auf Papptellern mit Plastikbesteck. Auf dem Teller waren auch nur schlechte Nahrungsmittel! Aufzug kaputt, überhaupt ziemlich 'run down'!

Hôtel vraiment très bien situé pour visites à pied.

Emplacement parfait pour visites à pied dans le vieux Scottsdale et dans le secteur animée des restaurants. Chambre très spacieuse avec divan dans pièce attenante. Bon petit déjeuner.

Would have been much better had the pool been clean.

The rooms were a good size and close to nearby food.

The pool was full of hair and debris. A primary goal of the weekend was to hangout by the pool but after getting in we saw we were surrounded by hair. After that we did not get back in the pool.

Adequate, but lots of room for improvement

The rooms are nicely laid out, with bedroom area separate from sitting area. The staff were fine and parking was easy.

I have stayed in Hyatt's before with identical rooms. These rooms rated lower for these reasons: neither of the telephones in the room were functional. The refrigerator was not cleaned out from the last guest. The hotel only had decaf breakfast tea in stock, which doesn't make it for me in the morning.

Comfortable and pleasant

Room was super comfortable, bed was comfortable and a sleep sound machine came with the room. the pool was heated and clean.

Just missing a hot tub on the property but it wasn’t a big deal.

Comfort & quiet, while in the heart of the action!

The room structure with separated sitting and bed area, desk, and coffee bar was great! The bed was VERY comfortable! The AC was amazing because we could turn it down real low so we got a great night's sleep - ICE COLD & marvelous! The lobby had a little bar so we got 2 martinis and took to our room at checkin to kick off our staycation. They also had a nice variety of snacks and meal options. It was a great choice, I recommend this location.

Everything was great, truly. The bathroom was a little tight, could benefit from pocket doors. The hotel seems to be slightly dated, but some areas have been remodeled. Example: elevators and flooring. It's not terrible, but they could use a little refresh.

The staff was great!!

The second day there, the staff in charge of the breakfast, were not able to keep up with keeping enough food for everyone during the breakfast rush, it was a lot of people there, snd they lady in charge of restocking the breakfast couldn’t keep up.

Will stay again - great location.

Very good and abundant breafast,, walking distance to Old Town Scottsdale, well appointed room and friendly helpful staff.

The AC was a bit noisy. We are an older couple and the Old Town Scottsdale on this Saturday night was taken over by young adults partying - very little close by for our style. Went to see OdySea, MIM, Pensky Museum - all within a few minutes driving.

prime location and super helpful staff

the staff were super friendly and helpful, especially Marie - thank you so much for taking care of us. the location is ideal to easily walk to bars, restaurants and cafes, as well as shops and boutiques. the rooms were lovely and big, super spacious, breakfast included, and there was variety to suit everyone (though maybe not vegans if you are)

unfortunately we had some noise disturbance at night from the nearby club and car park behind our room. but we asked to change rooms to avoid this and Marie was more than happy to help. so thank you!

Loved the location of this hotel! A short walk to Old Town! Breakfast was great ... missed it the first morning as it gets over early (in my opinion), but made up for it on day 2! :)

Disappointing

The room we booked they gave away and said they offer Hyatt reservations first then third party like booking and if we want our room guaranteed to book through them directly the check in lady was very rude the rest of staff was great. When we booked it said we wouldn’t be charged till check in but I was charged the night before which made us angry that we paid for a room in advance and they gave it away and gave us the cheaper room for the price we paid for the upgraded high floor king very disappointed we will never stay there again

The front desk check in lady, and the fact they gave our room away with not accommodate what we paid for it first upfront or even offer a discount for having to give us a lower grade room

For the price was not a great stay.

Location was good. Breakfast was ok

Bed was hard and uncomfortable. No laundry facilities had to walk across the street to do laundry. Bathroom was small. Housekeeping was only every other day. Elevators were very slow for only have 6 floors. Snacks in lobby were very pricey. Tv in room was not very good

Strong mold smell as you come off the elevator on the 3rd floor. Rooms are very dated and in poor shape in general.
