The pasta was amazing. The service was fantastic, and the spa and gym had everything you need for a relaxing and active vacation.

Great resort with wonderful staff!
The bungalows are connected and you can hear the neighbors talk (walls are thin?)

staff were lovely and helpful.
It was confusing arriving - the "lobby" area wasn't a stand out and I was confused that it was a co working space versus where you check in. Also, when I got to my room, there were SO MANY BUGS! I spent about 10 minutes trying to capture/clean up after that and it was just gross to have so many bugs in the room when I just checked in.

Great facility with friendly staff.
Pool and spa very clean and helpful staff

The heating system was not working and we had to sleep completely dressed !
The drinks in the fridge were opened and refilled with water and the room was not professionally cleaned and prepared.
I mentioned these problems to the manager and they said they were sorry but at the end, they fully charged the room. This is actually unacceptable

lovely and serene. the spa pool was magnificent. staff was excellent. food and service great

The property was stunning and the staff were first class and made me feel like a VIP my entire stay.
Nothing, everything was first class.

Location is great if you want to do things outside of the hotel, food was exceptional at the restaurant and the beds are heavenly!

The location was absolutely gorgeous with beautiful decor in the rooms! The staff were all great too. I was welcomed with a spiked prickly pear lemonade, did a perfume making class, & got a lovely spa treatment during my time there. The location is tucked away but also super close to anything you might need (there’s a Trader Joe’s, restaurants, and an amazing consignment store within walking distance) and the city is right there too.
On one of the nights I was there, there was a huge storm that cut out the power. I assume this happens at least sometimes, so I was hoping there would be a contingency plan. I ended up having to sleep in the 100+ degree weather with no AC and was delayed for my activities the next day because power was still not back on & I couldn’t get ready as planned. There was no information on when the power might come back on. They did cover my breakfast as a courtesy.
It was hard to tell if people could see me from outside because the windows by the door are so tall

Stayed 2 nights for a girls getaway and I must say this resort was top notch. THE SERVICE was amazing. From check in to helping us with our bags into the Uber when we were leaving. They had a text message thread that you could reach anyone for anything. Kudos to all the staff who were working SO00O hard in the extreme heat to get guests whatever they needed!
The bungalow was nicely decorated and had all comforts you would expect. Loved the skylight in the bathroom!
The resort esthetics were too cute and landscaping beautifully desert. They have little nooks of activities and lounge areas scattered throughout the property. The DJ was at the main pool was great on
Friday afternoon.
All in all, I will be back on my next trip to beautiful Scottsdale.
Thanks Andaz.
The ONLY down side is that when I ordered a spicy margarita at the pool (a very basic drink) it came out absolutely terrible. I believe it was this "fresh mix" that they make and were pouring out of this jug.
Considering the level of device on everything else, fresh squeezed cocktails should be standard.
Tip: July is unbearable hot...delay until at least
October for more comfortable weather and ability to take advantage of outside activities

The hotel was good and the staff generally helpful. The room was clean and cosy with a well stock mini bar. The access to the pool was good and the pool staff were particularly helpful
The valet/door person insisted on taking my car keys to move my car with my partner in all of 10 yards and drove it into the curb. He was generally rude. The room service and restaurant menu was very limited.

pool, spa, service
the rooms were average for price per night

From the staff to the resort itself, everything was amazing.

The bungalows were a cool modern style. The property was spotless. The pool was fun with a cool vibe. List of activities and you can't do them all. Restaurant food options were delish. Sat by the fire with a glass of wine. Walked to the gym each morning. Free morning coffee was a surprise. Parking our own car by the room was easier and perfect too.
Not much. The birds woke us up each morning, but that's fine.

The breakfast was outstanding:) The property was beautiful and very easy to access everything!
Not much!

It was a beautiful room, but for the price I paid it was subpar.
Very very disappointed.
For as expensive as this place was, the staff were rude, didn't help carry luggage, changed a ridiculous amount for one dessert that didn't even list all of the charges.
The cleaning was fair. The outdoor patio was unclean.
I am tempted to fight for a refund.
I would have been better off staying at a Hilton for the same price.
Not worth it at all!
I can't get over the lack of help from the staff.
This is $2000 for 2 nights! I had to work extra hours to splurge for this, and I left with a heavy heart and a lot of guilt for spending this money and feeling like this.
Never again Andaz.!
Please provide the level of service and facilities that match your rates.

Friendly staff! Facilities were nice but our room faced the parking lot. In my opinion, the cost per night is excessive and not worth the money. The stay was overpriced.
Rooms are too expensive for what you get.

they always treat their guest with the utmost respect and make sure they are taken care of in any capacity
I have no complaints about the andaz

Staff go above and beyond. The property is well laid out. Spa personnel and facilities were lovely. Enjoyed breakfast and dinner at the restaurant. Bartenders and wait staff were phenomenal. Comfortable bed. Plenty of seating by the pool.
On check out we had ordered a car service through the front desk to take us to the airport - they showed up 25 minutes late. Not the hotel's fault, but very annoying.
