We went into our room and it smelled awful. I asked for Lysol sprayed the room it was still disgusting. I went to the front office and told them we couldn't stay there he immediately refunded us in cash 100%

Poor neighbors, comfortable beds

PET FRIENDLY GREAT PRICE

It is in motion to getting better as it appears it is mid-remodel. My 2 biggest problems were the fact that neighbors were loud for long periods of time. My bigger problem were there weren't enough outlets near beds. Thankfully my husband wasn't with me on this stay as there would not have been a place to plug in his cpap machine.

We will stay here again...

Property is in the process of being renovated and updated. Josh greeted us and made sure we had the best room. He went above and beyond with his customer service duties. We will stay here again.

Dirty with roaches.

Liked the price, but it was really the only place left in our budget.

There are people living there full time. Our room didn't have pillow cases on a couple of pillows, plus the pillows were askew on one bed as if someone had been laying on the bed. There was a dirty towel hanging in the bathroom. This made me question if our room had been cleaned at all. The worst part was seeing roaches when we got up to leave. It just seemed like a shady place.

Beds were comfy.

Was supposed to be non smoking but everyone was smoking right outside the doors of rooms. Seemed people were actually living there room next to us had 6 dogs. Plus was a tent in back of hotel with people living in it with electrical cords ran to hotel for power they had 3 dogs tied out there. When checking out no one in office says 24hrs. So person who we think lived there called manager from her room to get us a receipt. Will not go back worst hotel we have ever booked on booking. Needs re evaluated. Dogs were unleashed and ran at us as soon as we got out of our car .

i like the convenience of the stores around & restaurants.. also the other guest on the property where amazing! the staff has been so helpful and patients .

Would not recommend staying at this hotel.

Sorry, really cannot think of anything I liked about the room other than two queen beds, a refrigerator, microwave and TV.

The office area where you check in had a strange odor. The room was in dire need of maintenance. Mirror was broken and the broken piece was badly glued in place; bath sink was cracked and shower dripping leaving rust-colored stains in tub and the bathtub mat looked old. We got bites on us and two days later my face was swollen. The bites were in a specific pattern that looked like bed bug bites - we looked at the mattress for bed bugs when we checked in and seemed like the mattress had a protective mattress encapsulator but bed bugs mainly hide behind the headboard but could not check because it was screwed to the wall. We should have asked management to remove it so we could take a look but unfortunately, we did not. We were in room 110 and think it should be inspected and then treated.

Definitely not worth the money we paid. This is a $49.00 a night hotel.

What did I like it asks.....When we we're leaving.

Where to start. We didn't like the crusty front drapes with cobwebs that haven't been washed in years. Old nasty carpets, Old out dated furniture. The clothes rack by the front door was once ripped from the wall so they remounted and left the big holes in the wall. The walls were actually concrete blocks. The bathtub had old glass doors and the tub was moldy around the chalk. The knobs were also moldy. No outlets to plug our cell phones in to charge. No alarm clock. The phone was yellow but originally white. Several spills on a/c unit and some of the walls. Cobwebs on the old wall lamps with filthy lamp shades. Cracks in the ceiling. Molding in corners were all just hanging with big gaps. The list goes on. But the worst part is The cockroaches!!! There was roach poop all around the mirror in the bathroom and walls.. This place looked nothing like the pictures!!! It was more like an extended stay for people who lived there full time because half of them worked there!! Do yourself a favor and stay away. If you do go the office smells like dog.

Disappointing

The bed was horribly uncomfortable. It is too obvious that repairs and updates are done on the cheap. (Bathroom tiles did not line up straight or cover the entire floor). The worst of it was that dispite no smoking sighs the first room reeked of smoke, requested different room. It too smelled Smokey. Overall the most expensive and unsatisfactory hotel I’ve been in for a really long time.

ZERO STARS! Do NOT stay here!

Absolutely nothing

Place was FILTHY, and was obviously being used as a place for people to live long-term. There was garbage everywhere, toys and trash, room furniture outside, dogs barking ALL NIGHT, the room was disgusting with cigarette stained sinks, open bolts, curtains that didn’t close right. This was obviously a place that does not cater to “one night” customers and rents the rooms out as cheap apartment living.
