It was convenient for getting on and off the interstate.
The desk staff was very rude, unprofessional and insisted that the hotel does not affiliate with booking.com.

The location was away from the main highway
Our room was very quite all night long, but not in the early dawn hours.
Breakfast was available as early as 6 AM
Windows & glass door were filthy
Sliding glass door was hard to open & the handle was about to fall off
We were on the 1st floor. You could hear the shower above us when it was turned on at 5:30 AM

Great location. Clean comfortable rooms. Definitely nothing fancy but everything you need for a night or two. Several restaurants very nearby..Cracker Barrel. Literally next door. Shoneys across the street. Mexican restaurant right there also. It's an old motel for sure and the age shows. BUT it's also had updates to rooms, it's beds are very comfortable and it is clean. Nice view from some rooms.
"Balcony" is barely wide enough to stand on. My wife turned an ottoman sideways and could then sit there.but it took up the depth of balcony. Maybe 2 1/2 feet wide. It wasn't a problem for us but since it's included in amenities list, be aware not expect to sit out there enjoying the view.

The bed was comfortable. The towels were soft. Customer service at the front desk was courteous, helpful, and prompt. The front desk lady was preset and available as soon as we walked in. She had a smile on her face and she was quick to help. The room and building were older, but the feel of the room was still nice because they used the rustic look to make it better than it could have been based on its age. The flooring was hardwood or LVP and better than carpet. The breakfast was well stocked and looked ok. We only drank coffee and wished we had taken more it was so good.
The bathrooms could be nicer, but they were adequate. For an older hotel, the feel was good. The price and value were on point.

Easy access; pet friendly with lots of room to walk our dog; bonus tiny balcony to get some fresh air. Staff was awesome, friendly and welcoming. Room was comfortable; would stay again.
Should have requested a first floor room bc the steps were difficult for my husband and I to navigate, being older and having arthritis. Also a very strong deodorizer smell, likely bc pet friendly, but it did bother my throat.

location was good
It was filthy. The towel rack was hanging off of the wall.

I was thrilled with the shower facilities. I'm a shrinking 5ft. 2 in. and I could reach the shower head to adjust the spray. I'm sure a taller person would not have any issues. It's just rare that I come across a shower head that I can actually reach. The front desk staff was great! I'd pulled into the parking area to deal with a delayed arrival situation and I was sitting there so long that the front desk clerk came out to check on me. I really appreciated her concern.
Due to concerns in the area, this hotel is not renting to local travelers (Anyone who lives within an hour's drive) . This policy makes it tough whenever I am traveling late. This is not the only property adopting this policy. Most of the hotels in an adjoining city have decided that this policy is what's best for their business, but again, it makes it hard when issues arise that delay travel plans.

Breakfast was also good.

Convenient location and friendly staff.
The shower water temp was a little wacky. My room had to be on max and my parents room almost on cold to be comfortable.

Location is perfect for traveling from Cleveland toward Florida - right off I-77. Stay here every time we travel South. Really like staying in building up on the hill that has laminate flooring- we do not like hotels with carpeting. View is wonderful and sun rises are awesome. Glass slider door faces the mountains. Surprised to have hard boiled eggs available, especially with the cost of eggs being high at this time. Reasonable pet fee.
Room is very clean but more attention could be given to floor.- looks clean but when you wipe with a paper towel it reveals it could use scrubbing - we just wear slippers. No problem with bathroom floor - it was clean.
