Too expensive for everything they don’t offer

The staff was very friendly and kind.

This hotel seemed like a remodeled Ramada Inn. The door to our room looked like it was pried open at one point.. the towels were gross and seemed dirty, there was a dead cockroach by the fridge, the fridge was stained and dirty, and the hot tub was concreted over (weird).

Loved the pool. Beautiful, budget friendly hotel. Would stay again!

The staff member at the desk was super friendly and helpful. I appreciated the free breakfast! The design of the hotel is lovely. The beds were comfy. Very nice stay!

Don't go there.

The lady at the counter was very friendly.

It is being remodeled. The room had a coffee maker but no cups. It didn't have any tissues. The carpet had white dust all over as did the furniture. The breakfast had cold coffee, no juices. Powder creamer. Some bread and raisen bagels. The elevator was missing flooring, so we thought we would use the stairs, only to find out that we could not exit those doors. The pool was also closed.

They are in the middle of renovations so there was a lot going on rooms that you stay in are not completed it’s like oh we need the room but let’s throw up a cheep curtain rod and hope it doesn’t fall down and there breakfast area was a disaster

Definitely will choose else's next time.

Both morning and night staff were very kind. The hotel was close to the water park.

We chose this hotel because it had a pool door the kids. My brothers and my family met in redding for my nieces birthday and we both fot rooms. Really should let people know that the pool is down. Also my brothers bathtub filled up to his ankles when taking a shower. My rub didn't have a drain plug so we were unable to give the Littles baths. My room only had 1 small trashcan in the whole room and nothing in the bathroom. We also had no cups for coffee in the morning. Just overall not a good stay. Not to mention the plastic and boxes of construction stuff we had to walk through.

The hotel was remodeling and the swimming pool was not open to the public the was the main reason I choose to stay with you because I want to use the swimming pool. And the hall on the second floor smell so bad someone was smoking weed 👎🏼the praise the I payed is not worded for the room .

DO NOT STAY HERE…no sleep…no refund

The woman that checked me in was friendly and kind. The woman that checked me out was not helpful and was rude when I mentioned the problems with the room.

The elevator was on the other side of the wall from the head of the bed so we didn’t get any sleep. it was so loud every time anyone used it which was often but intermittent so woke us up repeatedly. There was a big patch of black mold on the ceiling, a hole in the wall, wall paper peeling off and the bed and pillows were hard as a rock. I have to say, they receive the medal for worst hotel stay I’ve ever had.

Wouldn't stay more than a night...

The fishtank in the lobby was cute

Pics of the pool area we're misleading. Beds were not comfortable, homeless encircled the building, there were no screens on the windows.

The Ramada charged me full price for a room that I was unable to stay at because of location issue. I was 4 hrs from home. I came to Redding to take my states boards exam to become a CMA. Instead of switching my reservation from one location/Ramada to the other (located next to my test site, )they offered me a room for double price. I had to rent a different hotel chain down the street to be at my test site in the morning. I explained this to the Ramada staff, she said " I'm sorry"...a lot. I called when I made it back home to see if they could refund my money or give me some type of compensation for the location issue. I was told to call back and ask for Shirley at 9: 30 am the following day that she would be able to refund my the funds back to my card. I called at 9:30 am and I got Shirley right away. She was not nice and understanding of my situation. She in fact was patronizing and rude. I am a single mother of 3 children trying to better my life by becoming state certified medical assistant and I had to pay almost $400 for accommodations for 1 night. I am not trying to be a jerk, I may have like the Ramada and be giving 5 star review had I had a chance to stay. I can only rate on the staff that I dealt with first hand. No check in no charge is what my reservation email said

God's country!

Staff was friendly the views on our window were beautiful comfortable big rooms stayed extra days because we enjoyed it so much

The jacuzzi was out and then being replaced there for the pool was also down, free breakfast could have been a little bit better but not bad right. Vending machine didn't give change for a $5, on a 1.50 bag of chips but that happens! LOL

The hotel was in very poor condition. The room was not up to standard. The elevator needed help!

Some lights in the room didn't work. Lot's of traffic noise from the freeway. The heater was very loud.

Bonnie was an amazing concierge!!! That was seriously the only thing we liked

The beds felt like you were sleeping on concrete The air didn’t work and it was so muggy There wasn’t a fridge or microwave

Disappointing

Nice size room. Convenient location. Nice breakfast.

Room wasn't clean. Used Diabetic test strips left on table from previous guest. Eww! No bathroom exhaust fan. Was awoken at 3:00AM to people arguing around us and repeatedly knocking on our door asking us to let them in, for 2 HOURS! Is this hotel a sanctuary for the homeles?

Pool was indoor heated. Small breakfast. Beds comfortable. Ice machines on every floor. Elevator not too slow. Snack and beverage vending machines

Hot tub out of order. My room ac was terrible and didn't cool properly on the 3rd floor. Coffee in breakfast room and hotel room was cheap and terrible tasting. No refrigerator in my room and no microwave. Paid quite a bit of money for the room

Won't stay here again

Front desk lady made racist comments about Mexican workers and how dirty they were. Bathroom smelled, almost like pee. Overall the room didn't seem very clean. The pool looked greenish and hot tub wasn't working. Breakfast was horrible, all the fruit was old and brused.
