They wouldn't rent to us and they was extremely rude about it. We were unable to stay there. Very disappointed, had no where to stay that night.

n, Dirtiest room I've personally stayed Ino towels, floor not even vacuumed, ww brought our own sheets and blankets. Also added 15 dollars a night for our chiwawa and the room was too dirty for us to let her off the bed.

This Motel was in the Old Town Redding, off the freeway, hard to find. Check in was quick but counter person was rude.
The only good thing was the room was very clean.

Wow!
The last of the tweaked out hotels downtown? Hopefully. I'd just walked in. And room service lady? Barges in all bugged eyed, and exclaimed, do you have a spare smoke?

It was a non smoking room but it smells like smoke. No air conditioning, just a swamp cooler which only brought in more smoke smell. The TV, microwave, refrigerator, and table lamps were on one outlet. Didn't notice until leaving. Scary stuff.

The owner is VERY SWEET. But the environment is a bit ghetto. The rooms were stayable but after i wiped everything down with clorox wipes. I left the room looking better then when we got it. In my current situation, i cannot complain.
Environment.

The walls, curtains and single seat was filthy, I couldn't sleep, was worried that bugs will crawl over us, pillow cases and sheets had dirt marks and dog hair on it. We had no where else to go, so it took me an hour to sanitize the room and had to go ask for clean bedding. Morning couldn't come early enough to get our if there. Never agai, I will not recommend tge place.

Good location. The air conditioning worked and there was water.
Very smelly chemical smell, everything was worn, spotted and shiny. I didn’t want to sit anywhere or use the room. The bed was ok and the sheets were clean, although there were big pink spots on the white sheets. This is a very worn out, well used motel with original 1950’s tile, and few updates to anything. The internet wasn’t good enough to stream anything. At a rate of $119/night I felt I was getting a $50/night motel room.

I was double charged for a one night stay. When I called to bring the error to their attention, the man who answered said he would have his brother call me. No one returned my call. I had to dispute the charge via my bank. I had arrived after dark and I could tell the hotel was not of high quality but in the daylight I was surprised to see how poorly up kept the building was. Pretty upsetting to know I stayed someplace like that while traveling alone. When I went to bed, I pulled the blanket back to find mold/mildew stains on the sheets. The tub was old and chipped. The room had a musty smell. The ice maker was completely covered with mold. I can't tell you about the ice but if the machine looked that bad on the outside, the inside couldn't be much better. For the rate they charge, I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

It was awful. The one manager was nice. I will give him that. He tried to accommodate in a way because I'm about 6 months pregnant. But unsanitary. Unsafe. Crack heads everywhere. Maid walked into our room a 10:30 at night. Found a beer can crushed under our bed sheet. Rooms reeked of smoke and just smelled. I hated I had to stay their. Scared to leave my pet alone when we left. Cockroaches. Unwashed towels. Refrigerator didn't work. Wiped long hair out of the microwave. Stains all over the floor and lamp shades. Bars on the windows. Brown splatter in the shower. Vomit under the bowl on the toilet. Didn't see it till after I used the facility. He switched us rooms after a day and half when I came in crying because it was unsafe and dirty in the first room. There was a sawed in half crutch holding up the sink. I think my cat licked something weird, cause the whole night she was going berzerk.. I know that sounds silly. But I swear to God. She was going insane. The mattresses were horrible. Especially the first room. Tiny. The beer can under sheet mattress. Smelled. Springs killed us. We did not sleep the whole night. I cried all night. It was memorial day weekend. Got locked into the reservation and nowhere else had availability. I had to pay separately for one more night unfortunately because I had to send in payroll at my new job. So we thought we could suffer one more night because my employees like to have their checks of course. Got back. Cockroach crawling on our bed. Scared to leave because my boyfriend had gone to work for the evening. And lots of drug deals and homeless outside the doors at night. When I paid for that night. The guy asked for $100. Said he would give me a receipt later. Never showed. I went it to check out today. The price I was told changed 3 times. And almost refused to give me a receipt. I don't like leaving a mess behind. Was going to collect our trash before we left. We are clean ppl.

Staff friendly, had refrigerator.
A lot of the little things that they can improve; give WiFi information at check in. Or leave in room WiFi etc. A lot of little things make a difference. I felt I over paid, furniture old, bedding old looking, the property needs manicuring, weeds. I would not come back here. I was constantly having to go the office for something. The ice machine looked black moldy, not free. Too many little things can’t list.

I liked the room size, it was clean when I checked in, no issues. Love the bathroom and the big bed
The only thing I did not like was the TV only a few channels and couldn't get the channel to change
