Disappointing

The location near the lake.

The smell of cleaning solution. The noise level due to thin walls. The smell of mold and mildew outside which is really not the motel's fault.

Felt yucky and unsafe.

Even though almost everything was bad, we did sleep very well because we had an exhausting day of driving. It was pretty quiet. Gave us a new room when first one had broken shower head. Better but still gross.

Owner’s attitude when we expressed concern about location and other “guests”. Transients “living” there (owner denies this). Dirty bedding and floor. Horrible shower head. Towels smelled like cigarette smoke. Saggy bed. If we hadn’t been so tired and in the middle of nowhere, we would’ve left even though we couldn’t get a refund.

My go to spot when visiting home.

I like the location and that it is right on the water. It's a comfy room that fit my needs.

The shower head is too low.

The room was clean and the staff were very friendly

There was no coffee or breakfast due to covid and the website said nothing about their fishing dock being closed for renovation which I was very disappointed in. They also need to update their beds. The beds are super soft not very comfortable.

Nice place, comfortable stay

Some things are new and remodeled, but others old and rust, stained Clean, comfortable, good location. Curtains, sink area and air conditioning.

Good place to stay- may not be the best place to sleep.

The room was clean and everything worked. The bed was comfortable. It was nice to have a table and chairs to eat on and a good size TV. It was close to a really good Mexican food place (we walked).

The other guests were loud and honking at all hours. I guess nobody here enforces a quiet time. There was rust on most of the metal in the bathroom and the bar was missing from the bathtub. That hole will collect water and can grow mold. The floor in the room was also warped and coming up, and there is a good size gap between the door and the frame leading into the room.

Front desk person was awesome she help with everything my husband has a broken neck she made sure we were we’re settled the room was clean and comfortable I was afraid treys pain would keep up but he’s snoring 😇🙏❤️🙏

That side of Clearlake smells terrible, I would not want to swim there . Pool was a saving grace. The property was nice but Clearlake is anything but Clear.
