I Had to Switch rooms Three Times Due to Complications With the Rooms & I Was Lied To About the Pool

I Really Dislike The fact I Booked the Room for the Pool only to Get there & Have them tell Me the pool was NOT Open .

Extremely GROSS!

Absolutely NOTHING!!

This was the filthiest place I have ever stayed. We were forced to stay here when another hotel cancelled our reservation for the Masters week. Staff could barely speak English. Refrigerator was completely rusted, the walls and doors have not been cleaned in months or years. We only stayed as we had no other place to go, all hotels were sold out.

Though the room was clean, and the water was hot the Wi-Fi signal is not strong enough and there is a pest control issue

the room is spacious and appears to to be cleaned correctly.

I didn’t like that the Wi-Fi signal wasn’t strong enough for me to connect to it. there is also a roach issue in room 104. I took a nap. when I woke up and cut the lights on their was atleast 10 roaches running around my room. I asked the front desk for some raid or some kind of spray and all he could do for me is file a complaint. this is very unprofessional

Master's week in Augusta. We found a place at the last minute. About what we expected.

It was available early in the morning.

Marginal at best. Few options. Ran out of coffee pods.

it was the masters and everyone was sold out

staff was great. very helpful and went extra mile

the furniture is run down and the place was closed for a while do to Covid. talked to the staff and the new furniture is at the port waiting to be delivered. once this happens the place will be much better. I loved the staff the hotel is safe and clean.

Hotel is under construction/remodeling and it's kinda an eye sore during this stage and for that the rooms should b a little cheaper.

It was close to my job.

It had roaches, the air didn’t work properly, the sheets and covers were stained, housekeeping did a half ass job the last day of my stay which caused me not to get towels until 9 pm! So unorganized, but it would be a great place to refer once all theses issues are addressed and fixed. I would definitely return and bring a bigger crowd. It was ok overall, just need to be more attentive on housekeeping.

The rooms were really old and not cleaned very well. Bathroom was super old and needed updating. Kitchen was bare minimum, nothing but a fridge and sink! Nothing for coffee in room. Or is lobby! Lady was very nice when we checked in.
