Beautiful view, lovely people.

The view was amazing, right outside my door I had a large patio where I could watch the ocean. Great way to start your day. Room was huge, loved it.

I wish they would just have regular floors instead of wall to wall carpet.

Freundliches Personal und gute Aussicht aufs Meer. Das Hotel hätte viel Potenzial.

Das Hotel ist absolut sanierungsbedürftig! Türen klemmen, Einrichtung sehr alt und teilweise versifft, Fugen des Raumes sind sehr dreckig und alt sowie der Teppich ist unmöglich richtig sauber zu bekommen.

Great location, nice rooms, wonderful bathtubs, beautiful view, great price.

I loved the view from our room, the ease of going to and from the car to the room was great. The room itself was big and comfy. The soaking tub with jets was amazing. The staff was very friendly and check in and out was very easy. I appreciated being able to text.

The neighbors were very very loud. They ran the bathtub in the middle of the night and we could hear the squeaking when they moved in the tub, the walls were thin enough that we could hear it turn on and off. Other than that and the pool being closed due to renovation things were great.

good location beach was very close to walk , the Coronel views where really nice , and the spa in room just made way more relaxing

location

the lights outside the room were too bright. even with the blackout curtains pulled it was like daylight coming through the windows . it didn't get dark in the room. The mini fridge was also very loud.

Filthy dirty with a great view.

The view was Awesome. The beach was right outside of our window.

10 minutes after checking in, another couple opened the door to our room because the desk gave them a key to OUR room . The building was run down. Everything looked neglected for years. There was dirt on the walls and ceiling. Rust on Everything that was metal. The plastic lens on the bathroom lights were cracked and dirty. There was no wash clothes to bathe with. It looks like they change the sheets and empty the trash and that's it. The place needs to be cleaned and painted. 8

What I like about it the Jet tubs the location and the view to the beach and really Peaceful place

What I didn't like I've been going for a long time the last time I went was A little bit more then a month ago that the key cards Still don't work They still haven't fixed the issue since the last time I went and there's no hot water you barely get some hot water

Great location.

The room smelled so bad of cigarettes and air freshener that it made me and my family sick to our stomachs and we had headaches. We were up all night dealing with it.

nice staff but dirty outdated nasty room.

great location right off the beach and they were kind enough to let us check in 1.5 hrs early. staff was nice.

really dirty… the drains were super nasty and the covers on them came off. carpet smelled really bad. it wasnt the best as far as cleanliness.

Horrid hotel in Pacifica

Easy to get to work from this location.

Rock hard bed Telephone was not working Coffeemaker was not working Cheap cheap towels Construction going on in my hallway Loud noisy road Shower dripped loudly horrible pillows

Excellent getaway spot.

I love the location it's a great getaway for the weekend I go there to relax and view the ocean.

They don't serve a full breakfast.

poor wi-fi, heater not working, soooo cold, no ice machine, they charge for late checkout, and poor TV selection. need upgraded foundation in bathroom and heating/air
