The location was off the main street, placing us within walking distance to everything. The price wasn’t exorbitant.
The towels, wash cloths and bed linens were in decrepit condition. There were stains on the sheets and pillows. The light could be seen through the towels.

Very close to the Rocky Mtn NP entrance. About 5 miles. Live music across the street at a restaurant. We sat on the patio at the hotel and listened to it from across the street. Beautiful location by the lake.

Michelle, the owner, was very very accommodating! She was friendly and helpful. A few things needed fixing..but she is very industrious and open to suggestions.
Price is higher than we would have liked to pay for a Motel property without any workout room, pool, hot tub, or movie channels.
We enjoyed our stay.

The room was clean and quiet. My teenager loved having a room with her own space. We we on the main street near shops, restaurants and the theatre. At night it was quiet and comfortable. Good wifi service.
The bathroom was tiny. Taking a shower was difficult.
On our checkout day, we were harassed by the housekeeping team starting at 8:00 am. Checkout was at 11:00 am, but they intentionally bothered us all morning so we left early to get away from them.

Location
In my opinion, zero customer service you can’t have customer service without talking to the people, face-to-face

This place was great the staff was fantastic very close to the main street and the lake. I would stay there every time if it was avaliable great community deck where you can view fireworks on the fourth and sit back and drink coffee in the morning. Thanks for a great stay.
There was nothing I did not like

Having stayed there many times under the previous ownership, I really liked the redecorating of the rooms, the new table and chairs, the addition of a microwave, and the added larger waste basket. I also appreciated the new fluffy towels.
The soap is way too small, particularly when using it in the shower

Loved the cleanliness and the owner was wonderful. Room was cozy.
Felt the price was a bit steep. But fair. The fridge was missing the temp adjustment knob.

Host family is extremely nice and attenttive, room is huge, parking lot too, very close to gate to Rocky Mountain National Park. Shops and restaurants are very close to the hotel.
WiFi signal is weak and mostly only in the lobby.

The owners were very friendly. Loved their enthusiasm in taking over the property!
Nothing, it met our expectations very well.

Friendly owners, very clean and nice property, furnished in retro Western style.
It is not air conditioned. There was a fan in the room but we had two rooms so we could have used two fans.

Amazing location two minutes from the West entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park. Michele was amazingly helpful – she gave us lots of great recommendations and even let us use her computer to find a fly fishing guide. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend!
