We Loved the location, decoration, charm, and privacy of the Isabella room.
The lack of parking. The jacuzzi was great but inoperable. The tv was very small but we don’t watch it much so it wasn’t a big deal. And the bathroom door was kind of hard to close.

The amenities, location, and overall vibe of this place was special. I love the old town, historical features.

Breakfast was just right.
Didn't like the room, not much head room, lot of stairs, extra space could have been utilized better.

Everything was as we hoped for. The staff was the best. It was not a "room" stay, it was an experience. The location was excellent. Once we parked the car we never used it again. Dinner locations are all near.
Having to leave.

Breakfast was ok, pancakes under cooked, egg rapped in bacon???
The location was great.
I was hoping to share our feedback in person at checkout but no one was at the desk. Our stay with you was disappointing, starting with not having our reservation. We liked the two properties and the houses in general. The staff we met at the Victorian were great and the social hour with free wine and cookies was a good idea.
Our room not so much, mainly the bath tub and surrounding area. The tub needs to be replaced, the finish is worn inside and out and the mold where the tile meets the tub is concerning. The shower curtain has rusty hooks to hang from and the bathroom in general is below standard in a $200+ a night room, from our experience.
The bedroom and bed were comfortable, the pillows rather worn. The wall paint needs touching up and the 2 blue chairs need some refurbing. The available coffee and water was nice but not restocked for the second night. The coffee maker had to be moved to make coffee or the power strip or fridge had to be unplugged to plug in the coffee maker. I am not sure the use of power strips running around the baseboards meet the electrical codes in hotels but I know they do not in restaurants.

Location and accessibility
zero help after 6 PM during the day. They are very kind and courteous but if you need anything after 6 PM, good luck. there is NO ONE to call. you are on your own

Nice colonial building within walking distance of all activities (except the beach). staff was exceptional and breakfasts were unique and very good.
Nothing really. The streets are narrow for driving and the parking lot is a couple of blocks away but those are so minor that they don’t impact the excellence of the facility.

location was good.
Noise level in house was loud! People in bedroom down the hall were loud and rude after midnight.......Ceiling was VERY LOW in room - room could have been updated and was ridiculously small in size...- breakfast wasn't good.... coffee was lukewarm, eggs were terrible. They didn't give you a choice, they told you what they were serving. We've stayed at other B&B's in area and their breakfasts were so much better.

Everything. An amazing place to stay in the heart of St Augustine.
The only thing I would say is some of the finishes could be upgraded. (ie: the light fixture in our room was bare bulbs, cheap bathroom fixtures).
