absolutely awful experience. we booked online and paid, then when we went to check in- first of all, no one was there, we used the phone that the sign told us to use to attempt to call them, no one answered. finally got ahold of someone after calling the number on our reservation, the person who answered was very confused and once we realized we were trying to check in said someone would be over soon. so we waited another 10 min or so for someone to come, once he did he scanned my ID and then told me we had to pay again, when I told him we had already paid he insisted we owed more money, wouldn’t look at the receipt or confirmation of payment. then called someone else, who then via speaker phone proceeded to tell me I still owed money and they didn’t take payment online. when I told him I paid via booking.com he said that wasn’t his problem, we couldn’t check in until we paid, and that I could take it up with booking.com. needless to say I told him to cancel our reservation as they were absolutely awful to work with. plus the hotel looks way worse in person than it does in the pictures online.

The bed was comfortable in the second room we stayed in
The first one we stayed in had bugs and when we moved from one room to the other we left a pair of jeans that had my husband's wallet and our money in it and instead of the maid giving them back she said they weren't there so our money and belongings were stolen

I liked how the man at the front desk helped me out after driving 8 hours the hotel I originally booked over booked and didn’t have my room available I was upset by the time I arrived at your establishment but the man was so nice and I was so grateful for him I live in Ohio and I will definitely be back in nvember
There wasn’t anything wrong with this establishment

There was a microwave and mini-fridge in the room. Trash and dirty towels were removed on second day while we were out. All the lights worked.
Door knob was barely functional. This wasn't a problem when we were in the room, due to having a deadbolt, but leaving our stuff in the room was cause for worry. Roach in the bathtub. Bathroom floor needed to be swept. Sheets and towels were stained. We are smokers, but we stepped outside to smoke. However, we did find burn marks on the bed spread on our arrival.

Front desk was very friendly, rooms were clean and it had easy access to highway. Would stay again.
Would have liked a little more room for parking for truck and trailer. Was worried someone would back in to me.

It was in a convenient location for my travels.
How much time do you have. There was a bag of garbage outside the room and many of the flies from the garbage flew in the room. There was an awful smell in the room unreltaed to the garbage outside. I couldn't stand it and actually found a different place to stay. Save your money and choose somewhere else to stay.

A/C was so cold! I love sleeping in a cold dark room. Staff was friendly!
The sink was a little dirty as well as floors, my dogs kept finding thing on the floor.

It didn't break the bank and you could defiantly tell.
The hotel room looked like it hadn't been cleaned in some time. When we got into the room and the door closed behind it was a nasty old towel and put out cigarette butts. The entrance from the bedroom to the bathroom felt like it was going to fall in at anytime (we were on the 2nd floor) and the smell was god awful.

Nothing
Everything - to characterize this motel as a "Filthy Dump" would be an unwarranted upgrade. The pictures on the Booking.com website do not represent the location and room conditions at all - our room - even for a supposedly valure priced motel - was a shambles and unclean. We requested rags and cleaning material for all the surfaces and the bathroom floor. - all of which were sticky to the touch. the doors had peeling paint and there were multiple holes in the walls. As shown in other poster's pictures the smoke alarm was missing and the TV installation was a mass of wires.
There was an open can of Armour hot dogs in the refrigerator - which also needed a deep cleaning. The only "amenity" in the room was a tiny soap bar and 3 plastic glasses in saran wrap. No shampoo/comditioner, etc.
You may ask why we stayed with all these issues - we traveled for an entore day and have a small dog. The only "pet friendly" hotels are these "value motels" - none of the 'name brand" chains will accept pets. AS the temperatures were in the 90's during the day and humid and very warm at night - keeping a pet in the car was a non-starter. There wasn't another possible pet friendly place to stay within a 100 miles and we were just too tired to try.
We went to bed (spotted but otherise clean bedding) early and were out of ther by 5:00 a.m.
Couldn't leave fast enough. There was no coffee machine, etc. in the room nor any amenities at the motel office (there was an ice machine that worked biut no buckets - only small plastic bags from the clerk). When we asked the clerk about coffee the night before we were told tghere was a McDonald's about a 1/2 mile away. So much for customer appreciation.
This place is nothing but a "rip off" interested only in financial gain.

Not applicable
The non smoking room stunk of cigarettes. Sheets were stained. Pillowcases were also stained. Door to our (motel) room was open when we arrived. Toilet was nasty! Clearly hadn’t been wiped down before our arrival. There’s only one bar of soap and no shampoo, conditioner, body wash or lotion, so showering here is not recommended. And no fire alarm... you can see where it was supposed to hang in the image!
