the front desk staff at check in and out were very unfriendly, asked about the lack of microwave

not a thing

Room described was not what was described . booking described 42 inch tv microwave there was no microwave, tv was 20 '' at best bed was worn out, on first level with view of a shop and a barking dog. The toilet was about a foot off the ground bed was worn out

Great location, very happy to arrive late on a rainy evening. Plenty of parking available. No frills or extra comforts but it served our needs affordably in a town with expensive lodging.

Very nice stay!

Friendly and helpful staff! Great location and clean room with a nice hot shower.

These things are not deal breakers by any means... Would be nice to have a microwave in the room. The walls were pretty thin so we could hear the neighbor's TV in the middle of the night, but they had it blaring, which was on them. The room stayed very warm even though the heat was turned off, but they provide a fan so we were comfortable.

the rooms were small and tacky. Our room was fairly far from reception. we had a lot of ligand no help.

New wing is excellent, old wing needs work!

Enjoyable stay at a picturesque location.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The location was next to the marina, and the view of mountains from the room was awesome. Rooms were clean; and provided the amenities that we expected. Great value for money.

The rooms did not have microwaves; but we knew that from the time of booking.
