Staff (owner Mike) very helpful to my several questions. Room was nice with amenities too. Morning coffee+ very nice.
Only issue was late noise from men near fire pit.

The property has new owners and they are giving the place the attention that it needs.New siding going up on the cabins, property is clean and very sufficient for my needs.I wish the new owners luck in the future.Very nice people taking on a big responsibility. We will be back again next year.

They had a vacancy
The room was not equipped as advertised - no micro - desk clerk told me all rooms had one. There was a completely EMPTY kitchen, though, but it was of no use. The cabin reeked of air “freshener” which was sitting on the floor of the room. Office staff as very unfriendly - no greeting and questions were answered in one or two words.

It’s perks were… it had a bed, a toilet and a bolted door…that’s really it.
Room was not serviced before we got there. Trash in trash bags, bed not fully made, dirt in the toilet, black idk what around the base of the toilet, shower wet from use with used towel on floor in front of it, pink stains in the shower (cleaner lady said it was from someone spilling red hot wax in there and it stained) smelled AWFUL … the cleaning lady was nice and apologetic for the room not being serviced but that didn’t make up for the smoke detector ripped off the wall, gross looking outlets, broken AC (cut out on us in the middle of the night and it’s wire was electrically taped shut) incredibly dented door, toilet didn’t flush right, found a bug in the bed, bed was uncomfortable… to top it all off, my girl I was staying with has Ménière’s disease and is sensitive to smell and heat. The smell when walking in trigged an attack and later that night when the AC broke the heat triggered another… her heart rate was 120bpm while LYING DOWN SLEEPING… told the front desk about our awful experience and they told me they couldn’t offer a refund (not even partial) I Paid 140$ for one night. Very upset with this experience, I tried to get a refund again through booking.com and the property still refused to do it. (Note with pictures: it wounldnt let me post ALL the pics I have so the pic in the “lobby” is not the lobby, it’s the bathroom)

It wasn't far from the concert
The bathroom was so tiny! And we had old mattresses outside our cottage in my parking spot.

The only positive is the idea of having a stand alone cottage room, however this was not a comfortable location, there were people loitering about, the cheap exterior furniture was broken and mismatched, it actually appeared to be a motel where people actually reside, not travelers.
People loitering about at 11pm at night, poor maintenance and upkeep, old and dated, musty/mildewy smell, did not feel safe staying there. The woman and man working the front desk refused to give me a refund when requested immediately.

The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was well-kept. The area was quiet and the room was secure. We had everything we needed for a comfortable night’s sleep. Dark curtains were provided that kept light out of the room, which was necessary because of exterior security lights that shone into the room. Parking was close by.
The WiFi was inconsistent and very slow. My husband and I both had devices which we wanted to check, and we had to check them one at a time. The WiFi would not let us both on at the same time.

The location was great.
I booked a room with two queen beds for my son and I. When we arrived, we were placed in a room that had one king bed. When I went to speak to the front desk, they said I would have to call booking.com to discuss. I do not think I should have to take time away from my vacation to fix a mistake that I did not make.

Beds were comfortable, relatively clean in the room, but the exterior had junk all over the place. I expect a little bit more when you pay $125 for a night. This at best is a $70 a night motel. Got greeted with very few words, and got knocked on the door twice to exchange door keys with me for whatever reason. Not staying here again

Location was decent to Waterville Valley ski.
The beds were awful and bedding dirty. The TV in the living room had three channels that were all static and unwatchable, while the TV in the bedroom only turned on, no channels could be viewed.

Stayed here President’s Day weekend when everything else was booked due to lots of people skiing nearby. Very clean.
Quirky room. One wastebasket outside bathroom. Shelves in fridge held together with duct tape. Terrible wi-if connection. We just gave up on it.
