It stunk. Nothing was ready or available.

Breakfast was probably the worst Ive ever had. Everything looked disgusting. There was nothing healthy or vegan available to eat

The completely forgot to clean my room. I had to make the bed. There was no coffee in my room. We were over charged for what we got. I’ve stayed in places that were $400 a night and this place should have been $150 a night. I’ve stayed in motels that were better. Completely disappointed.

Perfect and comfortable warm atmosphere!

Room was perfect and very comfortable / roomy and warm. I can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed the stay.

Great staff, hotel oK

The staff were exceptionally polite and helpful

The noise from the heater in my room was too noisy and although maintenance came up to look at it, it didn't make any difference as I was told that was what they were all like.

Unfortunately, we had to catch a flight, so we were not able to experience the breakfast. However, the staff did have coffee bagels and banana available for us to grab so that was well appreciated.

The a/c unit circulating on and off was loud which didn't provide for a good sleep since I am a light sleeper. So, your management should look into upgrading to a better unit. You could also use some hooks in the bathroom area so people can hang their cosmetic kit. There were also limited news channels on the TV, maybe expanding the selections would be perfect. Other than that, it was a good hotel.

Hotel was very convenient for getting to the Saratoga Race Course. Staff was helpful and the service at the hotel bar very nice. No problems at all.

Very clean and comfortable. Staff was wonderful. Breakfast options were very good

The Hot Water thermos had been used for coffee at some point. Couldn't drink the tea, as it tasted like coffee. Also, I expect to hear sounds from the hallway, but surprised that we could hear from room next to us, word for word.

Great value, clean and perfect!

I wish I got the name of the gentleman that worked the night shift. He was more than accommodating!! I ordered food and I didn’t realize the person would deliver to my room (I was at pool with kids when food delivered). The gentleman went to look for me to tell me my food was delivered . I felt he went above and beyond. I didn’t have cash on me otherwise I would have given him a tip. He needs to be recognized as he did not have to do that!!

This was our 2nd stay we will be back!

It was a nice get away with my kids for the night but the indoor pool was too cold!!

The staff was friendly and the breakfast was yummy! The room was spacious and clean.

The sheets on the pull out cough were covered in food crumbs. The pool was an ice bath. It was FREEZING!!

breakfast was not very good we had hair in our shower and had to clean it myself. carpet was torn in front of door and pool was so cold it was Un swimmable also no towels at pool and hard to get clean towels
