Our stay did not happen because we did not feel comfortable staying at this motel.

Nothing about this motel was likable. We decided that because of the condition of the rooms we could not stay the night here - even just to sleep. We ended up returning our room key about two hours after checking in and booked another stay in the area.

This motel was not clean in the least bit. There was hair in one of the beds which was actually three mattresses stacked on top of each other....no bed frame to be found. It seems more of a place that people live week to week - not somewhere to stay when visiting area attractions. Had I dug a little deeper into the reviews, we would have saved ourselves money and time by not booking here.

You'd be better off sleeping in your car

Every single place was booked so I had the option of sleeping in my car or staying here. I wish I'd slept in my car.

Guy selling drugs and smoking blunts outside my window. Box springs held together with bungees. Mattress decades old. Blankets with cigarette burn holes. You get 1 towel.

My opinion

Rooms where clean and tidy shower was nice and hot and was clean

Let's start off with learning English and how to speak it spent 20 min to check in cause he could not understand me, vise versa. u going to run a business in america.learn to speak it and understand English then we.move on to the coffe horrible 1 sugar one cream a stirrer and the carfey don't match up.so u have to hold it up for coffe to come.out then we move on to doing construction work till all but 11 pm and the hallways and office stink will never go back

Unsafe and unfit!!

This place is a dump!! The smell made me sick. We had 2 rooms one had roaches, no hot water, bed had hair in it, and just unclean. The other room was nasty, shower curtain was dirty, lamp shades had black dust so thick on them, light fixtures in bathroom was rusted, hair from other guest in drain and water was so slow at draining. Smoke detectors were missing. We stayed the first night because we didn’t get there until 1 am and was drained from the drive. Next morning contacted booking about conditions of this place and still waiting for help. Did not stay the next night. The place is not fit to be renting rooms out. Pictures they have posted have to be from when they first opened. Unfit!!!!!!

It was very dirty!! The refrigerator had a bag of rotten food and black mold in it. The window was broken and would not shut in 30 degree weather. The toilet had pee on it the bedding was not clean. We ended up leaving and finding another hotel.

Absolutely awful.

I did not like anything. We had to leave 15min after arriving due to the smell. The smell gave all 3 of us migraines.

The whole place is a nightmare. The smell is horrific. It smells like an animal shelter. The cat pee smell was outrageous and there was a semen stain on the floor that was still wet. The bathroom was gross. Insane amounts of dust everywhere.

Cockroaches in the room. Bathroom was filthy. Only person working there did not speak a single word of English and argued with me about there being cockroaches. Also, In all seriousness, he soiled himself while mid conversation. The business should not be operating and it’s insane you guys have them listed.

this has been the worst and only experience I will have with this company. I have never left a hotel early because its j

there was nothing in particular that stood out that no other hotel did better.

having to call multiple times and wait outside for over 25 minutes to check in. the unsafe conditions of being able to walk in to the building I was staying at without a key because it was unlatched. the disagreement between the owner and the website, owner trying to charge more for what was already put into the system and paid. IE owners rules is 25 bucks per adult after the first, website didn’t add that to the room cost. so owner tried to get us to pay more next morning. arguing with the owner who had very little english knowledge and no way to communicate otherwise. just kept repeating the same thing asking for more money.

Never going back again

The room I was in was disgusting. There was hair everywhere on the beds and the bathroom was disgusting. When I was checkin the staff was rude. He was on the phone. It smelled like cat urine. I did not stay the night because I didn’t trust it. How much they charge for one night is ridiculous because of how the room was. I will not be coming back.

Worst experience ever

Closeness to Hershey park is all that was good!!!

Never cleaned the room, didn’t give fresh towels daily towels we did get were stained and nasty. Had to get a different room due to roaches, 2nd room also had bug in it owner insisted not roach or bed bug . However my husband got bitten up by something there. Didn’t even stay 3 nights even though I paid owner said no refunds

Beyond disappointed

Location and that is it!

We came in three hours after check-in time and our room wasn’t even ready. They were cleaning up and were very rude about asking us to just wait in the hall while I was there with four hungry and tired children. The TV didn’t even work. I had to wait for someone to come up and fix it. There’s no way to contact the office from the room. I had to call from my cellphone. Everything was outdated. The pictures, especially of the bathrooms were not accurate!
