10.0
The location and the customer service.
Nothing

Staff were very welcoming and helpful....needed after a long day of driving. Rooms very clean.
6.0
The location was convenient- close to downtown at half the price of actually being in downtown. Free parking and a very good continental breakfast.
It was a standard ‘roadside motel’ so nothing not to like if those are your expectations. I don’t really think it was worth $100 in the off season but that was still half the price of something ‘nicer’ in downtown.

Wish that housekeeping came by during our stay to swap towels, we ran out of clean ones on check-in day.

Great location. Great staff.
Older property with older fixtures.
Ventilation system brought in pot smoke from another room.

The staff was sweet, loved the 3 beds.
The room hadnt been cleaned, trash in the trash cans, and crumbs all over the floor.

I only chose this property for the location to The Vinyl Music Hall. I’ve always tried to avoid Days Inn due to quality, but since it was bought out by Wyndham I thought I’d give it a shot.
Hair visible on furniture and on towels and wash cloths, but no hair seen on bed. TV worked but screen was blurry, I did not tell desk staff as I wasn’t there to watch tv, just sleep.

The location
As soon as we walked into the room it was an overwhelming smell of mildew. Everything felt damp, including bedding. We were all exhausted from traveling so thought we could tough it out for one night. Woke the next morning to bugs in the shower and all of us had puffy eyes and lips. My son had a terrible nose bleed. There was dirty towels throughout the walk ways and a huge roach floating in the pool. I am from the south so I know all about humidity and this was definitely a water issue in the room.

The price for the area was solid. The bed seemed clean. Interior was also somewhat updated.
Room was quite small but it was functional. Back by the bathroom there were spots that smelled like weed. Towels were the super heavy duty rough ones.

great staff, great location, very clean inside and outside.
6.0
location
sticky floors in room, and couldn’t turn light on in bathroom without the loud vent being on as well.
