It was comfortable
No one there when we arrived early evening - just an envelope on the front door with our keyes in it. Didn't see anyone until breakfast the following morning, then only for a minute or so.

Beautiful historic building and was in a really nice location within walking distance of restaurants and other attractions in Pensacola.
All was pretty good - no complaints

Location was very good. The interior pictures and design items were interesting and gave some insight into owners lives. Room was very comfortable once it had cooled down (A/C unit in room was off when I arrived). Breakfast was very good.
The A/C unit in room had a clogged filter (I cleaned it before turning on). The bathroom had no real A/C (I knew it was physically separate from the room- that was not a problem).

I didn’t had a chance to get any LIKE for this property…Seems like this B&B property runs by some old hippies, who forgot to open their door for pre-paid guests…They never answered their phone too..
Owner newer let me in.And Booking.com still sending me letter that some charges will be applied for cancellation.

My daughter and I were in awe of the house itself, but once we saw the inside we were blown away. The house is absolutely gorgeous. It has the original wood staircase and flooring on the first floor. We were told about the man who built it and when it was built (1892). It is in a good location, down town is only a few blocks away. The bed was extremely comfortable and even though our bedroom was a semi private bathroom (it was directly across the hall) it was very nice, clean and equipped with everything we needed. The best part was it was just our bathroom. We had a wonderful two night stay.

Breakfast was delicious.
The room furnishings could use some updating. Overall everything looked very tired and worn out.

Subpar..no meat.. only french toast one day and only scrambled eggs the next day.
The so-called driveway is poorly made! It's very narrow and I scratched my auto very badly on the right side when leaving!! I am so upset that I have to pay to get this fixed now. The owner said they would not help me out with the payment!

Excellent breakfast of Scrambled Eggs, Bacon, Biscuits, Fruit, OJ and Coffee. There was a refrigerator full of soda for guests along with Coffee, Tea and Ice Machine. Really beautiful home!
Need to improve walkway from parking area to the house and install railings on the front steps.

The property is wonderful... a large 19th century beauty with lots of original hard wood and high ceilings. The rooms are beautiful. The owners (Barbee and Chuck) are wonderful. The breakfast Barbee made for us was spectacular!

Our hosts, courtesy, and service was superb. The breakfasts each morning were fresh and delicious. We really enjoyed this bed and breakfast. I would say the room we had was not large, but it worked out well and we will be back.

The property is absolutely gorgeous, it really makes you feel to be in a totally different era. The host, Barbee, is the sweetest helpful lady and serves a great breakfast. There is so much to look at in this house, every time your eye catches something new! Very conveniently located for downtown Pensacola
