Safe wouldn't work

Nice linens, comfy beds.

The safe in our room wouldn't work & we wasted 1-1/2 hrs waiting for them to fix it. As a result, we missed one of the acts we wanted to see. In the end they put our valuables in the manager's office & fixed it after we left. Had a walk-in shower (handicapped room), and it had a lot of discoloration in the joints. Don't think it was dirty, but looked like it was.

Perfect stop along the way for rest, refreshment, and comfortable spot to catch up on some work.

Room was clean and comfortable and on-site restaurant

It was slightly out of the way (however off the beaten path is a positive for me!)

Very great stay. Will be back again.

The king fireplace spa suite, the bathrobes and nice showers. Great pool area for the kids.

The large groups of people taking over both hot tubs, the pool. People leaving empty beer cans and booze shooters all over outside by the outdoor hot tub, especially with lots of kids running around.

We’ve stayed multiple times at this hotel and we will be back :)

always clean, comfy beds

staff seemed a little flustered and I do wish there was 2 elevators as it was a busy weekend there and there was always a wait for the elevator

loved our room and we loved the pool area it felt very roomy

I was under the impression when booking that there was continental breakfast… very disappointed in that

Overall, a nice hotel that seems family friendly and food options on site.

Slightly outdated but still a nice hotel. Staff was very friendly and the room was a great value for the size.

We love everything about this place! The restaurant attached was good. We ate there for lunch and dinner. The hotel itself was beautiful and clean and had great customer service. Our room had jacuzzi with a king size bed and a beautiful bathroom with all the little things to keep us comfortable. We love the fireplace and big screen TV as well.

That we had to leave.

The room was nice the pool area was nice. Enjoyed the resturaunt and bar. Also that area between the hotel and resturaunt was so pretty

The outdoor hot tub jets needed to be fixed half didn't work and it needed to be warmer

Great place for the family to stay. the pool, arcade, and hot tubs were great for the kids.

Our room had a dog smell to it and the shower was broken. We did inform staff but nothing was done to fix it while we were there.

Superb

My dad traveled with us and needed to use a wheelchair. The staff was extra helpful in providing that for him. All staff were very kind and courteous. We were also provided adjoining rooms with our son and his family which was very helpful since they have small children.

For the cost it would be nice to have breakfast included.
