Staff was pleasant.
Bed was uncomfortable. Hard to find the restaurant with the layout. No coffee.
4.0 / 10.0
The hot cookies and water. The hot tub was warm but still felt better than the pool. (Ice cold)
The kitchen was under renovation. The choices for dinner were very limited and not very tasty. We didn’t try for breakfast.
5.0 / 10.0
The room was way overpriced for the condition. Curtains soiled with a large dark stain. Curtains were particularly falling off. The bathroom sink was slow to drain. The bathroom light flickered. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom.
When we left, there was puke right up by the front door that had been there for a few hours. I would have thought they would have rinsed it away.
I guess I expected more from a Hilton property for the money per night. I have stayed in way nicer & cleaner hotels for less money.

Location in town is good, with access to independent bars and bakeries for drinks, dinner and breakfast. Staff were welcoming and friendly
Not what I would expect from a Doubletree-branded hotel. Bar and restaurant were inexplicably shut on the Saturday and Sunday, housekeeping was very inconsistent (and still had to be requested in advance because of Covid restrictions - that seems a bit of a worn excuse now and maybe more of a cost-saving measure), reception seemed to be being used to sort laundry in the evening; very noisy old-fashioned A/C unit in room made sleeping difficult. I'd say this place needs a bit of money spent on it

Clean
Some of the morning front desk staff were not helpful. They advertise room service, but there is no room service. You can’t ask for towels, toilet paper, etc after 1pm, but they don’t tell you that at check-in.
the beds were extremely hard.

The location, the pool.
They advertise breakfast online with your stay if you pay extra, but yet they don't have it in this particular location.

Almost everything.
The fact that a breakfast was not included. It took almost 2 minutes to get hot water to the shower.

The staff the 2 little ladies at work 1st and 2nd shift was awesome the weekend focus was just as good
The price was a little too expensive for me but I went on and did it anyway because I had to be where I needed to be

The lack of professionalism and customer service has taken over my attempts to stay here again. Staff had worked with me when accommodating to my situation and later contradicted what they had previously been doing. Seems like the staff aren’t on the same page, lack consideration, and simply have no real customer service values.
I trusted this location and they ruined that with contradicting themselves on their own policies. This is an example of how to NOT run a business.

The room was clean and nice. Bed was very comfy.
where we arrived, I pulled my truck under the canopy to check in at the main desk. I got out of my truck and stepped on the tile and immediately fell flat on my back. There was a few inches of slush under the canopy. No one has shoveled in days apparently. I was soaking wet and hurt myself. when I mentioned it to the staff member he replied “ oh sorry it’s a little slippery” never asked if I was ok. Also, we traveled from Michigan and were hungry when we got there. website said there was a restaurant and lounge. Nope!! it was closed. Got another “ oh sorry” No staff. The room was great, location was what we needed but the night staff may need a little customer service training

it was clean and comfortable
there was no breakfast and they bragged about a warm cookie when checked in, none offered. Bottom of back of bathroom door was in need of bad repair.

the front desk staff the first night and the second morning were amazing!!
we had a very dirty bathroom the first night with hair in the shower and a used contact lens on the floor. The window curtain was broken and there were no ventilation fans in the bathrooms

The reception was excellent. The room was great. The bed , pillows and comforter were outstanding!
The shower drain was stopped up; could only get a very short shower. My wife couldn't shower at all. There was only 1 garbage can in room.
