They booked me a room billed me and the Pendleton Police shut them down for being a nuisance property and operating without a business license. I was given hours to leave and my refund took four days. Incurred additional expenses on taxis more expensive hotel

Good price and great location perfect for a place to sleep

Room ok - definitely a bit run down - overflowing garbage cans outside the rooms…no blanket or comforter on bed - never got towels for the room

Everything about it u go to the front desk to check in u wait 1 hour for someone to get to the front nobody was to be found there was no toilet paper or towels when we got to are room the room stinks

I think it has cheap rooms for people needing a home/place.

I did not feel safe. it smelled like pine sol. There was no one there for me to check in with. finally a cleaning lady (super kind) gave me her master key and I paid in morning. It seemed like there was a lot of meth use. maybe Pendleton is going through a rough patch.

Took about 15 minutes for someone to show up to check us in, when she did show up she looked VERY unprofessional. Was ranting about how bad her past few days have been and couldnt even focus to get us checked in properly, as if she was on a substance. Got to our room and the lady had to bring us towels and toilet paper because there was none. The pillows had stains as well as the shower curtains. The roof above the toilet looked like it was going to fall apart. You could hear people screaming outside in the middle of the night. The carpet was sticky and slightly wet. Beds are super thin and can feel the springs. There was no control for the TV. The pictures online look NOTHING like the hotel itself. Very sketchy and scary place to stay. DO NOT BOOK HERE.

Worst experience of my life in a hotel!

Nothing! The room wasn't like the pictures online at all and things like the carpet and shower curtain rod are either worn out or ready to fall apart.

Blood stain on the sheets, stains on the towels, no battery in the smoke detector, room wasn't ready when I arrived at 7pm, took an hour to get my room and receptionist (who would leave and not come back for 20 to 30 minutes) switched me to 3 different rooms because of rooms not being ready, key card didn't work, cleaning guy said homeless people break into rooms and do drugs, someone vacuuming the room above me at 4am, homeless people hanging outside the rooms talking and yelling half the night, lady screaming at 7am and then sobbing then ambulance showing up and taking someone away. Couldn't find a receptionist in the morning for 20 minutes to try and check out. I was supposed to stay a second night but I will never go back there again!

Disappointing

The architectural structure was very interesting.

Parking was a mess. Several homeless people loitering. Drug deals in the parking lot.

Shower faucet was broken and didn’t supply any cold water. Room had not been properly cleaned and was swarming with flies. I could not find the housekeeper in order to replace missing supplies. Noisy neighbors would not shut up all night.

Don't stay at this hotel

NOTHING

The room dirty, pillows had no pillowcase and the pillow was dirty. In the room had two broken lamps. When we checked in had to wait 15 minutes for someone to come to the front desk, we had to call a number to get someone up there. We felt safer sleeping in our car then in the hotel room.

Drug addicts everywhere. Rooms not ready, and were never really cleaned. Dirty beyond description. No smoke detector (missing), exhaust fan cover fell off. Building structure is failing. Walls along stairs falling over, brick nit even cleaned up. It's a dirty, stinky war zonr.
