The ONLY thing that we liked was that it was easy to find.
Nasty. It was so dirty and smelly. The staff was rude.

The friendly staff was amazing. Very clean property. Great AC. I was nervous because I had my 2 kids aged 2-3 and they are autistic and throw loud tantrums. I was scared somebody would complain or we would be kicked out but nothing happened. That was a huge relief. I will definitely stay here again!!!
I didn't like the fact that the app said they had cribs available for free upon request but when I got there and asked I was told they didn't have cribs at all.

If you upgrade 15 dollars more you get a small box of snacks
I have small and big roaches in the room. Pillows had stains on them and the bed. The shower pressure wasn’t up to par.

Beds were comfy and the air conditioner worked very well. It was priced right.
In a shady area located behind a liquor store with shady folks. Checked in and found a bag of dirty stinky underwear in one of the drawers. Turned it into the clerk but she didn't say anything. And when I say anything she barely talked to us at all.

On the day of our reservation I called the hotel to let them know we would have a late check-in because I wanted to ensure that our room would still be available when we were ready to check in. We booked this hotel because we were attending a funeral in Pell City, AL and needed a place to stay after the service. Around 10 pm, I noticed I had a voicemail from the hotel indicating that due to unforeseen circumstances, our reservation had been cancelled. I called the hotel back to find out why our reservation had been canceled. They indicated that the room above our room flooded and therefore flooded our room. While I understand they have no control over a "flood," I do feel they could have at least attempted to try to help us find somewhere to stay as we are from Pensacola, FL, and unfamiliar with Birmingham. Also, I feel that one phone call isn't sufficient. What if I hadn't checked my messages before we headed to the hotel? Just very disappointing.

Parking was nice and the staff were friendly. The rooms were spacious, and the beds and pillows were comfy. Conveniently located next to a waffle house.
Paid extra for a premium room only to be told the accommodations weren't being offered. Neighbors were very loud all night.

I love the amenities. The rooms are nice and roomy.
I'm short, so the beds were a little too high for me, but i was able to manage.

Nothing. I did not even stay. I did not feel safe staying here by myself but they would not refund my $200
Area did not make me feel safe since I was traveling alone. Contacted hotel but never heard back. $211 wasted and I never even checked in

Location was great. Clean rooms and hospitable staff for the most part. They accomodate my dog, which us a great thing, without charging crazy fees.
There was a lot of ttash in the parking lot. No breakfast served, and the coffee was empty three of the days I was there.
