Superb

The location was perfect and the breakfast was very good. I also like that the property is pet friendly.

Issue with the shower and the toilet flushing strength.

Everything was good except for a few things as mentioned above.

Breakfast was good, location was good.

Too much chlorine in the pool on the first night, it burned our eyes walking into the pool area. Did not like that there was not coffee available when going down to breakfast the first morning.

it was good for our location but won’t stay at this place against for what we payed for it.

it was good location we’re we were going but out dated and lots of things need fixed.

The room there was carpet missing or cut out, the bed was Jimmy rigged to keep the bed in place. my husband cut his leg on the side of the bed getting out. we did tell the desk. You could not close the curtains.. the drawers were not cleaned there was trash left In them. the pool was nice but the hot tub did not work. I fell bad for the workers I’m sure they only can do so much with what they have to work with.

I will stay here again for future stays.

Great coffee and breakfast. Good location close to 225 for business in Aurora or two major medical centers.. Staff is exceptionally helpful and friendly. My room was clean and convenient for parking and privacy.

Disappointing

The room was clean.

I asked for a rollaway bed when booking & was told it could be accommodated. It was not in the room when we arrived. When I went to inquire the staff brought the bed to the front desk and I had to get it up to the fourth floor alone. Then it didn't fit without me moving furniture, again alone. The water pressure was very weak in the shower and the vent in the bathroom was dangling from the ceiling. My sheets had old blood stains. The hotel smelted of cleaning solution and mildew . All in all there was NO way this hotel should be ranked 8 out of 10.

Superb

I enjoyed the design specifically for handicapped needs especially in the bathroom and the indoor pool has lift chairs for people in wheelchairs or disability climbing ladders or stairs, to lower and raise them onto and out of the pool. This hotel is conveniently located near the Medical Center.

Distance of Handicapped Parking Spaces from the Front Entrance if the Hotel was at capacity and a lot of guests were impaired.

we found our perfect spot to stay for our vacations in aurora

this is our second time staying here and we loved the comfortable beds we got good night sleep the free breakfast was awesome I hightail recommend this hotel and the price is the best.

the only thing we didn’t like was there was no parking spaces by tge time we would come to sleep all parking was taken .

I’ve stayed here twice and I love it it’s clean , beds are comfortable and it’s quiet

the only thing I didn’t like was that they don’t sale soap to wash clothes

Do not recommend it they are understaffed and very mean crude people they have no etiquette to them

They did serve a good breakfast it was very satisfying!

Came for the use of the facilities of hot tub hot tub with very cold first night second night they did turn it up a little bit the pool was an ice cube could not be used they kind of design apart not🤨

The location was good. The staff was pleasant. The breakfast was okay. The facilities were clean enough and the rates were acceptable. Our room had a walk in, stand up shower. that was nice. Decent coffee in the lobby was also nice.

They offer “pancakes” from a machine. That needs to go and they need to bring in the waffle machine. The carpets in the halls and room could use an upgrade or a good cleaning.

Location awesome and close to where we wanted Breakfast very good and started each day well Parking pretty decent too and liked how we had the door in back to enter

Was sad hot tub down but they got it going again after a day or so

excellent location with a lovely staff

aurora seems to be a very diverse area with excellent food options, lots of shopping and conveniently located to all of Denver’s attractions. we really enjoyed the breakfast and the front desk staff was extremely helpful and kind!

No complaints here

Everything was amazing! And I do not give compliments extraordinarily easy so please give them a raise the front desk people were great everyone was polite it was very clean I would've thought it was a brand new facility and I honestly do not say that thank you so much
