Ok breakfast
Rooms were a little stuffy

Rock bottom. No curtains in room. Bathroom door had a broken handle and cut my hand. Alarm clock went off at 6am. Room smelled like mold. Breakfast bar was dirty. Heater was broken and rattled all night. Staff was rude.
4.1
Close location to shops and event being attended. Comfortable room.
Toilet seat not properly fixed to the unit. Hot tub water by pool looked like it could use a flush out.

The Cable was out and could bot get Wi-Fi

Staff was friendly
Property needs updated, beds were very uncomfortable

I thing lodging in general is way overpriced!
4.1
The hotel staff were friendly. It's close to shopping, Has decent workout amenities. Breakfast options are average.
More hot breakfast choices. The king bed was a little hard. A suite was not part of the options that include a bigger refrigerator and stove top for cooking.

Right in the middle of everything! Great location
It could have been a little cleaner. But I for sure would stay here again!

Location is great
The staff is awful, the room was dirty and smelled of sewage, their system rarely recognizes 3rd party bookings, and they last 3 times I stayed there, they had to manually return my incidental deposit after waiting more than a month for their systems to automatically do it

Good location for our needs
The food for breakfast was sub-par. The biscuits were hard… the plastic fork would not cut through them. Probably had something to due with the length of time in the warmer container that was used ???The sausage appeared to be under cooked and rubbery so we did not try them. Picked up some of the pre-wrapped food and it was very dry and inedible. We had to go out to eat instead at the Village Inn across the parking lot so an additional expense was incurred.
We also felt that the nightly rate was high for the average person. We picked this location and stayed anyway because it’s location.

The location was excellent for my purposes. I booked a night in the hotel to be close to my work site for a special engagement I hosted in the early morning on Wednesday, May 10, and this facility was the closest available. It's also conveniently located to many restaurants and shopping, and I patronized the nearby Village Inn for dinner on the night of my stay and the neighborhood Walmart for toiletries.
The hotel is starting to show its age. You can see it everywhere you look, along the door frames, for example, or in the carpet. I could hear the toilet flush every time someone in the neighboring room used it. I could also hear the voices of children at play into the evening in an adjacent room. The room was an icebox when I entered it, and on a night when there was heavy rain and cool temperatures outside, this was an unwelcome greeting. I turned off the AC soon after settling into the room, but the wind howled through the wall unit all night long, and I had a fitful sleep. I wish, too, I could have found a room on an upper story. My room was on the first floor, and I didn't feel secure with the parking lot steps from my window.

Great hot breakfast. Enjoyed swimming in the morning.

Breakfast was great. I enjoyed the selection

The breakfast was not that good. Several of us staying ended up at the Village Inn for breakfast.
Eggs were powdered and bacon was not good and seemed stale

I was allowed to check-in in early and the location.
The HVAC unit in room 416 was noisy and the free breakfast. Also I was charged approximately $9 more than what was I quoted on your site
4.1
Good location off 470, with easy access to the airport and SE Denver. The shopping center next door has multiple restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. Good place to stay if you are in town and your itinerary doesn't necessarily include being around downtown.

The property was clean and the staff was very accommodating
Our first room had electrical problems. We were moved to another comparable room on a lower floor.
Our second room also had a minor electrical issue, the light wouldn’t always turn on and sometimes wouldn’t stay on, but hardly worth reporting so we decided to ignore it. When we returned to our room from a late outing there was a bad sewer smell like sulfur coming from the bathroom. It was late, we decided to close the bathroom door and ignore it. However, the smell got worse. We called the front desk, they were very kind, offered to move us again but it was late. Someone came up to our room and sprayed deodorizer, it helped a bit but it was too late and we were too tired to take the issue any farther.
4.1
Good location with lots of shops and restaurants.
Breakfast is the same as other comparable hotels, but I wish they had fresh oatmeal instead of instant. Fox News channel on every day (at least they could change it daily). No recycling.
No competition- there are no other hotels in this area.
They charged me more than what Booking.com said would be my total.
