Everything!!!!! The location was amazing and away from the city. The staff was so friendly and accommodating when we needed to drop our luggage off early. Food was amazing every morning and the coffee was the best ever had.

The view was amazing. Being surrounded by nature was so relaxing it’s the best nights sleep we’ve had on any vacation.
Follow the directions the owners give you with your reservation email, google maps is wrong and you’ll end up at the neighbors.

We arrived past check-in hours, but they left us a detailed note with all the information we needed to get into our room.
Our room was clean, neatly made up, comfortable, had an amazing view, and had a large closet.
The bathroom was very roomy and clean with a nice view of the front of the property. The lanai out back overlooked paradise (aka ocean view) and was very peaceful. It had plenty of seating and tables to enjoy meals and a cushioned bench for relaxing.
Breakfast was fantastic, banana taro french toast, fresh fruits, fresh coffee (from the plantation itself!!), and the hostess put her own tasty spin on the accompanying sides and garnishes.
We plan to be back!

Not one thing
The absolute worst stay of my life. I will ask you to investigate this property and the owners throughly. The description provided is not accurate. I was not safe. I feared for my life. In fact I may have to file suit against your corporation and the owners. I had a medical emergency. The owner named Michael said he was going to call for an ambulance but he never did! I could have died. I suffered so much. Such mental anguish which cannot be measured.
Please have your legal team contact me immediately.

5+ stars for this beautiful B&B! Everything was spectacular, from the warm welcome, to tour of the property and room, stunning views of the ocean, gorgeous grounds, and delicious breakfast. We also enjoyed having access to the kitchen so we could make our own dinner after many meals out. Everything was sparkly clean, every detail was thought through, from the beautiful decor, fresh flowers bedside, in the bathroom and shower, sufficient outlets for charging phones and such, freshly-baked brownies upon arrival, home-grown coffee (grown on the land!), and fresh fruit from the land. We highly recommend staying here. Our only regret is not staying here longer.
The stairs leading upstairs are a bit creaky, and the sound is amplified in the downstairs suite.

The property is amazing. The hosts and staff are welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was wonderful with many local-made options. Although I don't have any food alergies or food requirements they had many options for those who did.
It gets very dark there at night with almost no light pollution which is great for star gazing but made it a bit difficult to find. The hosts were very responsive and helpful in getting us there after hours. They even lest us a personalized note at the door!

Very friendly and exceptional breakfast.

The breakfast was simply amazing; the attention to detail in everything from the bathtowels to the the chairs and tables. The view was stuning.
Finally, the hosts were really nice and helpful people; and allowed my three young students who were camping at the other end of the island to stay overnight following a misadventure. Splendid property and human beings. Would definitely recomment over a hotel.
Perfect in every way.

Great breakfast, good vibes from other visitors and friendly owners. Very relaxing set up. Loved the outdoor showers. Bed was very comfortable with supportive pillows. Wish we had more time there.
Couldn't get the shower in the room to warm up. Slightly lack of privacy in our particular room with window placement especially in the bathroom.

We were originally supposed to stay only one night there, we ended up staying three more nights.
This is a lovely place with very friendly owners. The breakfast is great, the view is superb and the rooms are very comfortable

Spent a night at this amazing BnB at the end of my Hawaiian vacation and it was the perfect cherry on top of a great vacation! Michael, Greg, and Hannah do an amazing job- the guesthouse was spotlessly clean and I loved all the small touches like flowers throughout. Great covid protocols. Breakfast was incredible and included a lot of fruits grown right there. I'll gush about this place to anyone I know headed to the big island in the future!
Literally nothing!

So clean and spacious. Loved sitting on the porch to watch the sunset. Breakfast by Hannah was fabulous and delicious. We also loved the outdoor shower!
Thin walls. We could hear people talking in the next room.

Everything. Gorgeous premises and location; plush, comfortable room; tasty, healthy breakfast spread; extremely nice people.
Greg talked us through then typed us up a list of local recommendations and even dug out some gluten-free bread for my wife so she could have toast. Cathy, his mum, was on breakfast duty and extraordinarily friendly and obliging. She even sent us away with some extra food for lunch.
You really get the sense that they care about this place and how it is perceived by visitors. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Clean, great location, quiet, amazing service/breakfast, and picturesque, home-y. We would come back in a heartbeat. Great for couples, the shower being down the hall did not bother us at all. Sad we only had one day here. If we come back again, we’d love to stay here again longer. A true B & B.

Wow this place is a gem! I love the house, the decor, the staff, cleanliness, the view, and the delicious breakfast. I feel so lucky to have had the chance to stay there during my visit.
Nothing. Everything was perfect. The drive was a little bit difficult but that's because Big Island in general is quite rural.

The breakfast is exceptional. Homemade, fresh grown, and exactly what you need in the morning.
