Location near Volcanos National Park was great! Owners were nice and responsive. Room 1 had 2 bedrooms (3 beds total), kitchen, laundry and was very spacious. I really liked the eclectic original art in the room. Room 5 had 2 beds and included breakfast of fruit, yogurt, and granola bars. Breakfast was provided in the room.
Overall, it was great! Pillows could have been thicker/more fluffy.

Absolutely loved this little spot tucked in the rainforest! Super convenient to visit VNP as well as get to Hilo the following day for our flight. Sadly only could spend one night here but wish we had longer. The hot tub in the rainforest was so peaceful after a day hiking in VNP
nothing not to like :)

it was beautiful, comfortable, and very good location to volcanoes national park
the kitchenette is a little weird. the only sink is in the bathroom. it’s not a bad thing but it’s the only thing I can think that I didn’t like.

The property is tucked away in a beautiful rainforest very close to volcanoes national park. I love taking a walk there in the morning.
There’s no place to eat anywhere near the property so you must bring your food or eat before you get there or

The location was just a few miles outside of the Volcano Park which was very convenient after a long day of hiking at the park. Best to find the location while there is still daylight. The room was unique and eccentric with a very natural lava feel; ie the shower was stone with a rocky type of natural floor. There was a huge ceiling to floor terrarium that apparently is in the works. We enjoyed walking the road surrounding the lodge and enjoyed all the greenery and abundant flowers growing. The lodge area is extremely quiet and secluded. Breakfast snacks were a treat.

Excellent location - quiet and pretty, very close to Volcanoes National Park.
No actual check-in or check-out was required.
Everything was good, nothing that we didn’t like.

Setting is great! Perfect location to see Volcanoes National Park and great value for money. Host showed us a Jackson's Chameleon he found outside. Temperature gets cool at night so very comfortable.

Room big and comfortable. Great breakfast. You do not want to miss their private lava tube.

Clearly being five minutes from the National Park entrance allowed us to come and go quite easily. The room was modest yet serviceable (our room accommodated two adults, and a separate twin bed in an alcove). Breakfast options in the room included yogurt and juices in the fridge; granola bars, instant oatmeal, lots of fresh fruits. Simple yet met our needs. It was tough to find a place to eat nearby (you may be heating up that Ramen after all!), so make sure to have a dinner reservation or another plan. Our check-in instructions came via an email which we didn't see until AFTER we arrived, so, check your email when you pull in.

The location is ideal for those visiting Volcanoes National Park as well as going in to town.
This space is TINY! The sink doubles as both the bathroom and kitchen sink. The kitchen area was tiny and poorly stocked - no ability to cook. With luggage there is no where for anyone to sit/relax other than on the beds. There was one dresser however it was full of supplies so that was not able to be used. Also the room is dingy and overall we joked that at any moment we could encounter an ax murder. Thankfully we had considerate neighbors because there is also very little sound insulation. Breakfast included means granola bars, yogurt, fresh fruit and fruit juice is left in your room.

Location was super close to Hawaii Volcanoes Nat'l Park. Grounds were gorgeous and rooms artfully decorated.
Dining out nearby was almost impossible.

Location is great and very close to the national park. The landscape is charming. Nice to have a fridge, microwave, plates and knife in the room. Yogurt, fruits, and instant oatmeal are provided for breakfast.
Hot tub is not available as advertised. Towels are musty. Coffee machine is dirty.

The location was awesome. Close to the volcano yet away from everything and everybody else.

Beautiful family suite. Absolutely loved the setting in a beautiful large fern rain forest, made it unique and special. Wish we had booked for longer.

Great communication. Really appreciated that the kitchen was stocked with breakfast food - including fresh fruit (which is REALLY expensive in HI)!! There were also drinks in the frig. Room was comfortable. Plenty of hot water. Great selection on the tv. Each room has an assigned & free parking space. Five minute drive from Volcanoes National Park. Location felt completely safe - so great for women traveling alone. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend!!
