Loved it

Loved the breakfast buffet, my girls are picky and they had choices. It was comfortable and fit all our needs, great location.

Disappointing. Cost was too much for the room in my opinion. Need to be updated.

It was close to where we were going.

Outdated and old furniture. Stuffy smell. Bathroom ceiling was low. Air conditioning unit was old. Kept cutting on and off. Wouldn’t cool down, we needed a fan.

I asked for 2 queen beds and I was givin a room with a queen bed and a sofa bed, which had a dirty mattress

Disappointing

Bed and pillows were soft and breakfast is great

No air in bathroom and one of the ac units barely working rooms need to be fixed up and room service not so great and no water pressure took almost hour to fill jacuzzi tub

Basic breakfast was good. It was hot and eggs, sausage, cinnamon rolls were good.

They need to take hot tub off the description. It is concreted over. I brought my swim trunks just for the hot tub but non existent.

the room had not been properly cleaned in a long time. a sock was left on the floor, food and big dust bunnies were around the bed. the a/c unit smelt musty.

phone in the room didn’t work, not enough towels, no sheets or pillows for the sleeper sofa, the bed had a very bad sunken spot in it, the sleeper sofa was nasty and one of the towels in the bathroom had stains on it.

The hotel was booked in error and within minutes I contacted booking.com who tried to help me in anyway they could but it was up to the property to refund the money. I called the hotel and was told by Tracy I didn’t have a room and booking.com would have to refund the money. What it came down to is that the hotel would not refund the stay and charged me anyways when Booking.com and myself reached out to them for the refund. I will never book here again and will let everyone I know not to book here. I have spent money staying there before and thought they would have the decency to refund it since it was caught within minutes of booking. I use Booking.com for all of my vacations and will continue to use them since I have always been pleased. The hotel itself will not see me again and needs to do better when it comes to customer service.

restroom light was very very dim also when turning shower knob to hot it would make a loud screeching noise so shower wasn’t very pleasant.
