The guy at the front desk checking in was quick and professional. The lady at the front desk checking out was a sweetheart and gave me Tylenol for my splitting headache. Booking online was easy. The location is awesome.
Decided to stop here with my 2 kids (9m and 2y) for the night rather than driving home (4th of July… drivers were crazy and the fireworks were scaring my kids). I was in room 120 (ground floor). I had to kill several roaches (I missed one because he crawled in the side vent of the microwave). The bed linen was dirty, the remote wouldn’t sync to the tv so I couldn’t use it. The front door had a gap in the bottom, resulting in crickets coming in the room multiple times in the night and me having to fight them. The toilet paper had blue dye all over it from the wrapper, like it had been wet and dried. There was no way to avoid using the dye because it was on the bottom of the roll, rather than the sides. There was a pile of facial tissue on the bathroom sink that had obviously been used. I bent down to get my shoes and noticed a ton of dirt around the bed frame and on the sides of the bed. I tried to put a few of my kids’ bottles in the fridge… they went bad because the fridge was not cold, even on the highest setting. It was just slightly cool. The air conditioning was extremely loud. I guess for $67 it makes sense. I chose this place because it was on my route home. Never again though. Next time we will just find a parking lot and sleep in my car if there isn’t a better quality place available en route.

Hello the room was over priced for the old amenities and conditions of room.I paid $75 and a $50 deposit. As soon as you walked into Room 116 it smelled like cigarettes, the door has been kicked in, there was NO privacy lock, and there was dead crickets on the floor that terrified my 3 year old.

The room wasn't very clean - There was a stain on the sheets, there were some bugs in the room, and the bathroom counter wasn't wiped down.

We found a couple of roaches in the room. Neighbor was noisy and would sit out on the stairs talking on speaker phone,
Pool was closed "Out of Season" in July. Wasn't what I expected from a La Quinta but other than that it was a plesant stay.

location
Horribly dirty. I ask for someone to just come and clean the floor because it was so disgusting... I was told someone would come and help me but after waiting 2 hours, I went out and purchased cleaning products myself and took care of it. I tried several times to cancel the 2nd night because of everything... and I was just ignored

The room was recently renovated. The room had a bleach smell. The refrigerator did not work. I plugged the fridge into another plug. It started working. Informed the desk clerk. She was upset about being assigned this room because it was supposedly not available for rent because of maintenance issues. The room was cleaned well. My cat did not hunt which is what usually occurs because of previous bad pet owners.
The room had recently been renovated but the furniture was extremely tattered. The microwave was at least 30 years old and bolted to the top of the refrigerator. The shower head was spraying out of the down tube where it attached to the shower head. The room had been painted but the plugs were original and we're extremely used and a potential fire Hazzard. The plug in the wall for the fridge was bad. The bottom plug would not supply power and the upper plug lost contact if you bumped the cord on the microwave.
