Never again

Nothing no microwave no fridge requested bottom floor since I had kids got 2nd story.

The whole advertisement was a lie. No pool no laundry. The night manager was rude.

Disappointing

The area looked abandon. There were homeless/people on drugs hanging on around and on the facility. Also, police showed up two doors downs banging looking for someone. It was just too much going on, not family friendly. I did not feel safe and I have two children.

DO NOT STAY HERE!

Gave us one bed when we booked two. Room was dirty, the toilet was dirty, there was no hot water. Was told we would get a discount but never did. We had a HORRIBLE experience.

The rooms where updated

TV was taken out of the room stray cats and dogs at your door when you opened it to leave the room and very very sketchy people hanging out behind the facilities and trash everywhere. All other hotels where booked otherwise there would be no way I would have stayed here it was awful!!!!

Staff was friendly. Convenient location

The rooms was dirty. Sheets had nasty stains. There were roaches. The shower head was held up with duct tape. The room smelt horrible. And there were not so friendly people outside all night doing not so friendly things

Shower rod was broken, Housekeeping didn't visit room once. (probably because there seemed to be only one taking care of all the rooms)

Not worth it at all for that price

There was no fridge, microwave, iron or blow dryer like all the others plus the ac didn't work properly and I even told the front desk but the housekeeping gave up on trying to fix it. There were 4 of us and the beds were small full size and very hard and uncomfortable. Oh yeah there was no continental breakfast either like stated when booking.

Will never stay there again, won't recommend it to anyone.

The room was clean and easily accessible

The room was cold, bare, uninviting. Toilet ran all night, giggling the handle had no effect. Children running down the hallway at 12:30 a.m. with an adult following and yelling. Neighbor's television on all night , not sure if it was his television or some one in the hallway arguing. Appeared to be part of a "house the homeless" program, too many people just lingering around

Disappointing

The room was clean. Had clean towels and soap for bathing. Water pressure was great! No bed bugs!

Homeless in the parking lot all night. Some people sleeping in their cars as well but most of them seem nice. Had wifi but it didn't work. Bed was super hard and two out of the 4 pillows were small, like little square couch pillows. Shower curtain rod was broken and falling off. Morning cleaning person knocked twice in 15 min to make sure we were leaving, an hour and a half before check out.
