Muy bien con sus excepciones

La habitación muy bien muy cómoda y muy bien ubicado

Que no funcionaba la alberca y que me hicieron doble debito del deposito y al comentarles no me resolvieron

Great place to visit Laredo

Location is very good, close to the mall and the border crossing line.

Rooms are good and clean, but will need renovation soon

Location and room size

Out dated, no USB plugs. Didn't bring my cube, so I couldn't charge my phone.

Cockroaches and condoms..yuck!

The clerk was apologetic and embarrassed.

Everything else. The room was literally filthy. Cockraoches. Condoms. You name it. The hallways smelled like rotting garbage and the entire hotel was blazing hot and after leaving, we were DOUBLE charged for not even staying there. Almost 400 dollars in charges for not even a nights stay. You all need to do better.

They didn’t clean up my room they never gave us towels we asked for Couldn’t check in til almost 10p.m. 😕 Supposedly a pipe broke

Just that it had a ceiling fan

We were charged a 50 deposit for any damages, we have never been charged that. Our room window unit was blowing out warm air instead of cool, it had a damp smell, we notified front desk Saturday before we left out and nothing was done until I had to go complain. There is not much water pressure, rooms and hallways look old and dirty, for the price we were charged!!!!

Decent property but with an incredibly expensive add-on pet fee

The offer of both free dinner and breakfast is a winner!

1. the hotel carpets are old and smelly. Needs an update. 2. despite having made my reservation with full disclosure of having dogs, no mention of what turned out to be an outrageously, expensive "cleaning fee" was added on to my bill $75, nearly doubling the total cost for the night. Advance communication would have led to me staying elsewhere. 3. unlike other hotels I've stayed at on this same road trip, there was no hand sanitizer anywhere avail for guest but the staff were wearing masks.

It was okay but definitely I have had better experiences on the same facility before.

Rooms were clean and the staff was very kind.

We requested for an extra towel and it never arrived, we had to reuse them; also the breakfast had missing items like milk, juice, cream cheese.
