Very unfriendly and not clean staff horrible

The ice machine far from my room me having a dirty room and sheets upon arrival and front desk clerk locking me out my room and we didn’t stay 2 nights was only 1 day in and WiFi sucked so bad could not connect had to use my hotspot fridge in room didn’t work sink had a leak in our room

when i booked a room, there was to be a handicap accessible bathtub. They told me there was only one room like that and it was not available.

Cheap & Comfortable

The hotel was recently remodeled and may currently still be getting a few minor updates.. It was clean and comfortable for the most part. Two of the three staff members we dealt with were very friendly & helpful. For the price, it was a good value. I mean you get what you pay for and we were able to spend more money on our trip for other things. The air conditioner worked well. They had hot water, a microwave, and a mini fridge in the room.

On day 2, we went to get towels, and my spouse was rudely told they didn't have any. The rude man told him he would send someone in with them around 9:30. My spouse asked if they could give us an extra hour for checkout then due to not having towels. The man told him No very sharply. He then called our room an hour later and told us they did not have any towels. Thankfully, it wasn't long before a shift change, and a nicer man brought two clean towels to our room. The only other negative was from some of the 'weekly' residents who smoked pot around the hotel. I overlooked this since we headed to dinner, and when we came back, the area had been fumigated. We never smelled it again the whole stay.

Pass on this one unless you're desperate.

Not much. It seemed like a shady neighborhood and there were a lot of people hanging out around some of the rooms.

Room was dirty and lots of things were broken.

Nice if you’re travelling with someone else, but I wouldn’t dare stay here if I was alone.

the location is nice. You’re right by the mall and a lot of restaurants.

The room that was assigned to me had a very foul smell to it and the bathroom was dirty. I wanted to take a nice bath but the bathtub was very filthy and disgusting. They did try to offer me another room, but at that point, I already had my mind made up. It didn’t help that the tenants that stayed there, looked very sketchy. I didn’t feel comfortable being there by myself at all. I actually ended my stay early, and they were supposed to issue me a refund, and I still haven’t received my refund and it has been over a month.

Couldn’t wait to leave!

Room had stains all over walls, the bathroom was a mess, nail polish on bed spread, dust on headboards, door looked like the cops had beat it down on more than one occasion.

Great Location. The outside of the hotel is beautiful! The bed was comfortable

My room smelled of marijuana. The bathroom needed some help. The light fixture was dirty and missing a light. The boards around the door were dry rotted. The tub was stained and walls of the tub were chipping.

Booked a smoke free room and got a room that smelled very strongly of weed. we went to the front desk and people working that nigh were amazing and helped as much as they could. the manager refused to let them move us at all. management also never came to talk with us. the staff were amazing the manger was lacking costumer service.

The promise of a smoke free room and having to deal with a weed smell my whole stay.

Where do I start

The room was a good size and everything worked.

I'm pretty sure there was poop on the wall in the bathroom of room 309. There was a big gap between the door frame and door so the room was freezing. There were spiders in the corners and the tv kept saying no signal.

The front desk staff was wonderful!

Our room was supposed to be a nonsmoking room, but it had a slight smoke smell to it. Our toilet plugged up, and no one came to get it unclogged before we checked out.

We were in town for a family gathering the room was nice and bed very comfortable. The location was close to family. The staff was very friendly we will definitely be staying here again.

Nothing...not clean.. bathtub was discussing..air drawer didn't work l....fridge was discussing...if I could of got my money back I would have.
