someone should do a investigation on this motel. they give different price ranges even over the phone . i wouldn’t stay

that there was a kitchen and close to my kids school

sketchy workers , housekeeping was always decent no complaints with them. the loads of families they are trafficking through out the hotel all hours of the days. the rudeness from some of the front desk people !

Clean, functional, and great location for a value hotel.

Was walking distance from downtown and UNL, and we walked to Memorial Stadium for graduation. I like the included parking and the kitchen with fridge, cooktop, and microwave.

i'll keep coming back until i wont

the staff were very friendly and accommodating. i had been given a dirty room initially but was moved to a different room that i enjoyed even more than the first one. i'm only a few blocks away from work so i dont even have to drive there. i can longboard!

i would have enjoyed using udated kitchenware, but for the most part, it was alright.

a cheap and quaint place to stay at for a short time.

Quiet place. They changed the towels and trash everyday. Decent assortment of cooking utensils. Very good free wifi.

TVs and TV box (direct TV) were outdated and barely working. Would liked to have been able to screen cast my phone if possible. Hair dryer didn't work. Only one stove worked. Old coffee machine. No tea bags or electric kettle.

Very noisy all night. Hair all over in bathroom. People coming in all night into the early morning...until 4am. TV remotes didn't work well.

The be is comfortable and the room have enough staff to cook.

The process to do the check-in take too much time even though I use booking to make the reservation.

room wasn’t like as pictured, it run down and the dresser was like two filing cabinets with a board on top. I was supposed to get a queen bed and sofa, it was two double beds. A lot of noise in the halls at night.

not the cleanest, spider webs in the room, towels did not smell clean, dishes were not clean and no soap was present to clean them with.

Quite good and excellent location. Quiet and a short drive to main places.

Beds and towels seemed clean but that's about it.

The room was set up nicely and had everything needed. The beds and towels at least seemed clean.

The floor had not been vacuumed in who knows how long... I found multiple medium sized square shaped pieces of something everywhere and the tile floor was sticky. You could tell the floor had not been cleaned in the bathroom in a while, especially behind the door. There were very visible and gross looking stains on it. The bathroom lights were also both burnt out when we arrived and we had to go and find bulbs from another room to replace them ourselves. Also the shower looked like it hadn't been cleaned well as there were stains on the bottom and a little bit of mold in the corners of the stall.

If you are going to offer WI-fi as anmenity...it should be password protected.for the security of anyone using that service. The door in my room had vinyl faux wood pieces that were chipped and turning up. It was painful if you foot hit ads I st those .

NEVER AGAIN

The entire place is very old / dated. Our door only worked half the time. Staff was next to impossible to locate. They did not change our sheet ever. The parking lot was full of transients all hours, smoking, being loud / getting high. The lot was full of trash. The whole building Ellen of trash / old food.

I really liked the location.

the room wasn’t really cleaned well, we found trash (box for a vape, old post its on the mirror, old beer can tabs on the table. there was cigarette burns on the bedding. the shower head needed updating.

Disappointing

Location and price, given it was a major sports event in Lincoln that week.

Heat unit had to be repaired after I arrived. Lot of noise in hallway at all hours. Very heavy, greasy, spicy cooking smells at all hours.

great place to sleep .

cheap and decently close to Haymarket district. we walked to all the wrestling sessions at the arena. it took about 15-20 minutes to walk it. easy and flat.

for the money it was great.

Well equiped suites. Peaceful. Great staff. Short walk to basically anywhere.

I was happy with the extended stay .. wasn't the Hilton but the price was fair for the room.. I felt comfortable there. Staff was friendly.. I felt safe
