A comfortable and convenient place to stay for my travels to Lincoln.

The breakfast was more extensive and better quality than the usual hotel breakfast fare. There was no clock or clock radio in the room. As I have found in most comparable rooms the bathroom lighting is not adequate for applying makeup. However the lighting you provide at the desk was an improvement,

Stay comfortable at Staybridge Lincoln.

Good location. Kitchen set was great. Washing facility is very good.

I thought the Internet was on and off, but my wife did not have problem with that. It may be because of my device. The lamp on the desk was on and off, uncomfortable when you work.

The facilities had so many amenities. The rooms were nice and spacious. The breakfast was great.

Probably the most uncomfortable bed I had ever slept in. Honestly, the rest of the hotel was so amazing but I probably won't stay again because I slept horrible and hurt so much the next morning.

COCKROACHES

it was two blocks from family

COCKROACHES!! we had three suites. one found cockroaches. staff tried to tell my daughter there was nothing they could do. then I called very angrily to the desk, which was unattended, and was immediately told they would move my daughter and her family to another room. then another guest said they found roaches in their room, too. the filter in my daughter’s room’s furnace had not been changed in so long, the filter looked furry. ours was locked, but I have to assume it was the same. in our third room, there were no blankets or pillows for the pull-out bed. my grandson had to go down to the desk to get them, because they wouldn’t bring them up. they do not have housekeeping service on the weekends. there were bricks falling off the front of the building. there was no way to drive up to the front door to check in and unload. we had to park by a sidewalk to do that. cars were backed up. staff was unfriendly, with the remarkable exception of the breakfast staff.

The hot tub was broken with no estimate on repairs. The indoor pool was freezing. We had issues at checkout over the amount due. We disliked our stay.

Disappointing

The reception area was great as was the breakfast.

The furniture in the room was dismal and trashed. Rips in the furniture broken chair just did not feel like it belonged in such a nice hotel. The hot tub didn’t work and the pool chairs and lawn chairs were tore up.

The location was great -only 7 minutes from our family gathering. The breakfast was very yummy with lots of choices.

Our room #318 was handicapped accessible, which is fine, but not needed. It smelled really, really musty and wet. It smelled like wet mold and we left within 5 minutes to go to my sister-in-law’s room which smelled much better! I called the desk and asked the lady if we could have an air freshener or Fabrezze that we could use. She brought me a spray about 10 minutes later and left it with us to use. She said she noticed the smell immediately. There was also a fresh stain of possibly red pizza sauce (?) on the couch, but I chose not to touch it. We ended up staying in a family member’s room until we left for our gathering and after we returned. We finally had to go to our room around midnight to go to sleep and it still smelled musty and like wet socks.

Great experience!

We was greeted by a very friendly staff member as soon as we arrived to check in. He was very helpful by going over the hotel rules; he explained where everything was located; and how to get to our room without us asking. To our surprise there were full bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and soap hanging in the shower.

We had no issues during our stay.

A wonderful hotel in a beautiful city.

Breakfast was lovely, room was safe, secure & comfortable. Location was safe & had appropriate facilities & shops nearby. Lincoln is a beautiful city!

The room was small and in no way could this have been called a suite. Microwave could not open enough to accommodate a plate because it was squeezed between a fridge and a cabinet. The heating unit was not working properly and was making an awfully loud noise preventing us from sleeping
