It sucked and I won't be back

The bed was comfortable although, due to poor cleanliness, I didn't not sleep inside the bed

I found an old avocado at the foot of the bed, it hadn't been vacuumed, the bathroom walls were filthy and the mirror needed cleaned

Very enjoyable and affordable... And it was short notice as dark fell n we needed a motel quickly.

Absolutely love the waterfall in Jacuzzi.

No complaints... Oh wait, our bathroom door didn't lock

Family time.

The room was comfortable, smelled nice, we enjoyed our stay. I went swimming, even went off of the waterslide, the water was nice. Everything was exceptional.

We loved everything. There was nothing we didn't like.

Definitely getting what you pay for at this location

The pool area was very nice

The fridge wasn’t cleaned and was unplugged so it had mold. The bathroom was so small to close the door I had to hover over a toilet. The beds were hard as a rock.

Never again will I stay at this establishment. The hotel needs new employees and a make over!

The breakfast was OK and my kids loved the slide.

Rooms were disgusting, ghetto, and dirty!! There were beetles crawling in the bathroom, toilet was broken. It looked like there was something dripping from the shower faucet. Carpet was dirty my 9 month olds socks were gray from white by the time he was done crawling around, also on the day we were checking out there was a huge fight between an employee and a manager I heard yelling which scared my kids and a women came from behind the front desk yelling “the is the worst management I’ve ever worked at”. the day we checked in the desk clerk asked us to pay $5 for each child sliding down the slide which wasn’t a problem, but then when we got into the pool and it became late, there was a bunch of older kids going down the slide with out paying for a wrist band. AND WHY DOESNT THIS HOTEL HAVE AN ELAVATOR ????

Rooms smelled of some type of cleaner yet were ironically not clean. Found a pill on the floor of one of our rooms. For the price, I would have expected much better faculties.

It was nice place to stay.

The grandkids loved the pool & slide. The breakfast was good.

The door was hard to close. If you needed to step out to get ice, for example, the door swings open over 1/2 way. Had ants in the room when the kids dropped a french fry the night before.

Not Clean, locks Broken but staff was friendly and beds were comfy. Lots of construction going on

There was one employee that worked night shift that was extreme helpful and tried her best to accommodate and make changes we needed.

First room was dirty and one of the beds wasn’t even made on Second floor (NO ELEVATOR)! Next room, first floor was cleaner but the door handle was broken and our key stopped working. Got a second set of keys and those stopped working as well, got locked out of our room and maintenance came but said the whole lock needed replaced after we checked out. Had to have one person at all times in room to let us back in! Very inconvenient! Then on Sunday the light over the sink went out and the continental breakfast that starts at 6am didn’t start til after 8am! Had to go somewhere else for breakfast so we could head home early. The pool was fun for the kids!

the 1st room was 156 walked in it was dirty, they changed rooms to 166 they judge use that we at 2 visits before 9 then judge my sister about her face breaking out with acne. saying she is a drug addicte then called cops he the manager said he was got to pull me out when they got there

Huge disappointment given old reputation of HoJo. Will not choose again, or recommend.

I requested a ground level room, & was given one in the C wing.

Room was cramped. I could just fit between the foot of the bed & the console. Remodeling work still going on after 8pm. Refrig hadn’t been cleaned; someone’s soda burst & froze. (Doubtful it can be cleaned, unless you took out the bed— no space to maneuver.) Microwave also not clean. The bathtub had a nasty-looking repair to some damage, that made it unappealing to use.

For $350 a night I would have expected a lot more.

Location was good

The cleanliness off the rooms, pool was poor. The rooms smelt like chewing tobacco.

It was quiet the shower gad good pressure and plenty of hot water

The beds were a little uncomfortable i woke up many times during the night from my back hurting the heater was turned up all the way and the room still had a chill through out the night

nothing i wont be staying at another howard johnson ever again. I am still upset over this

I was charged way more than I expected I reserved a suite and got a small room with a couch the pools were filthy and we had to sleep in our car we didnt even stay in the room we went inside and got reay to go to the pool but aftervseeing how dirty it was we left and came home cutting our entire trip short and barely having enough money to pay for the gas home

I want my money refunded. This was a miserable experience. Raise your standards, or lower your rates

The location was the only good part.

Having some notice that many low income families LIVE in this hotel as part of Montana MERA (Montana emergency rental assistance) program would have been nice. The atmosphere was that of a homeless shelter. Messes and spilled alcohol everywhere. People walking the halls making noise at all hours, knocking on doors and asking for cigarettes, drug use in the halls and the rooms. My room stunk. The shower was filthy.

It was close to the MIWW contest. It had a nice pool and a HOT HOT tub. The bed was surprisenly comfortable.

I didn't like that the floors were not carpeted.
